Hotels in Phoenix Mountains Park/Dafeng Area, Chengdu

The location is fantastic! It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. I originally thought the hotel would be small, but I was proven wrong – the sign is large and easy to spot. Besides a mall, there's also a lively street nearby. It's a convenient 20-minute walk to the Wuliangye Sports Center, which is great for catching a show. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. They even have robots that can deliver takeout to your room. What really impressed me was finding a phone charger! It reminded me of a trip to Hangzhou where I only brought a cable and no charging block, and the hotel didn't have USB charging ports – that was awkward! Supplying chargers is something more hotels should do, seriously, haha!

I booked this Atour hotel for the Stellar City concert. It's pretty close to the venue, less than a twenty-minute walk. Plus, there are tons of great food options around the hotel, so dining in or ordering takeout is super convenient. The decor and soundproofing are both really good; I wasn't disturbed at all while sleeping at night. As an Ashin fan attending the concert, I have to specifically praise the service: it was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel even had a life-sized standee for fans to take photos with, and the front desk staff gave out little gifts. They even thought of providing fan support stickers. I was extremely satisfied with this stay!

I really loved this hotel! Chengdu has so many hotels, and after a careful selection, this one truly didn't disappoint; in fact, it was full of pleasant surprises! First off, the staff attitude was excellent, very detailed and thoughtful. They even upgraded our room and brought us coffee every morning since we had early starts during our trip. Secondly, the environment and decor are both simple, elegant, and high-end – perfect for photos and a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!!

My stay here exceeded expectations. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, making it very quiet at night. The front desk staff were polite and patient, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent. Overall, it's great value for money and suitable for both business trips and tourism. Highly recommended.

Comfortable layout The design and decoration of the guest room make people feel as warm as home. -Well-equipped The room has various modern equipment, including a comfortable big bed, a large TV, a refrigerator, etc., which is convenient and practical. Clean and hygienic The room is very clean and tidy, without any odor, showing good cleaning and maintenance. -Beautiful view The window of the room can see the beautiful scenery, which makes people feel happy. First-class service The waiter is friendly and thoughtful, making guests feel at home. In general, the hardware and software of this room are very good, and it is a good choice.

Cleanliness: Okay Ambiance: Okay Facilities: Okay. This is the closest hotel to the concert venue. I hope they improve their emergency management during high-traffic concert periods, especially when two events are transitioning. I suggest they learn from Disney hotels, which handle large crowds smoothly every day during the summer, with an orderly front desk and designated resting areas.

The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was wonderful. I was going to the concert alone, and when I checked in at the front desk, the receptionist, knowing I was a woman, proactively upgraded me, gave me two complimentary breakfasts, and arranged for me to stay in a women's room. They even gave me a Li Yuchun bag! I was so happy; the moment I arrived in Chengdu, I felt the warmth and sincerity of the people there. The moment I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, decorated in a light blue color, with a white curtained window, and even a yoga mat! As a yoga and Pilates teacher, seeing the yoga mat made me so happy; it felt like it was specially prepared for me. The bed was also large, and there was a trendy chair and a mirror specifically for women. It was a very comfortable and well-equipped room. The concert venue was actually very close to the hotel, but the next day, the receptionist even drove me to the venue and thoughtfully gave me a fan. I've always felt that the people around me are incredibly kind. I remember one person who said he could tell fortunes, and after seeing me, he said, ”You are God's most beloved little daughter!” 😂 Although I know he was just trying to make me happy, I'm willing to believe it. 🤣 Highly recommend! If I come here for a concert again, I'll definitely stay here. The receptionist is beautiful, kind, and gentle, and her Chengdu accent is so lovely.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and work smoothly; quite good. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic; the beds are neat and the cleaning is thorough. Environment: The surrounding environment is okay; there's a small park across the street with nice greenery. Service: Attentive, warm, and polite service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay experience beyond expectations! The hotel I stayed in this time really surprised me. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the meticulous and thoughtful service! The hotel design combines style and comfort. The lobby is full of artistic atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is as soft as clouds (fall asleep in seconds!). I especially like the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling window, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the details are perfect. The front desk lady smiled kindly, checked in quickly, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type! The room service responded quickly, the breakfast variety was so rich that it was difficult to choose, and the location was too convenient! There is a bus stop at the door, and there are so many delicious foods around. I have already recommended it to all my friends. It is definitely the first choice for business travel and vacation! Next time, I will definitely come back to experience other room types. Thank you for creating such a perfect ”home away from home” with details❤️
