The front desk lady is very good. I booked a room on Trip.com for 2 breakfasts. I saw that our family of three took the initiative to give a breakfast coupon. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, I can also eat. Parking is free, and it is very convenient to park on the ground and underground. You can enter and exit at any time. Before departure, you need to enter the license plate registration at the front desk system. It is about 500 meters away from the subway station. You can go directly to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road in the city center. It is worth noting that the hotel is an airport store. There is an airport store nearby that is easy to confuse. We made a mistake at the beginning. Fortunately, it is not far away.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

酒店住着挺好，原本定的沒有早餐，前台熱情贈送了全家三口的早餐，停車場非常大，走的時候還主動提醒我們可以掃碼免費停車，給予我們外地人非常好的各種便捷的服務。

The service was very good. Xiao Xie, who picked us up at the airport in the evening, and Xiao Deng and Xiao Song at the front desk were all very welcoming. It is not far from the airport, just a dozen minutes' drive away. The surrounding environment is quiet and it is convenient to eat.

Very close to the airport. It's very near, specially to the Terminal 2. Nice hotel to stop over night for early next day flight. I walked to the airport. It took me only 10minutes and needed to cross two intersections. Hotel is good for the price I paid. Room is clean and odor free. Liked the shower but need to improve a bit on shampoo and shower gel. Otherwise good hotel to stay near airport.

Great transit hotel for its price. Very close to T1. Airport shuttle every hour. Breakfast starts at 5:30am for those who want to catch an early flight. Room is spacious and has all the amenities you can expect in a hotel room.

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk clerk Youqin has a very good attitude and can provide free airport pick-up and drop-off. I met Master Zheng, who was very enthusiastic and came immediately after I contacted him. It is very close to the terminal.

Very satisfied, the room is quiet, the service staff are very warm and friendly, the bathroom and shower are semi-separated, the toilet is smart, the overall hotel safety is very good, the card can be used to get on the elevator, the environment is also very new, in line with my aesthetics! The uncle (boss/owner) of the hotel is extremely friendly, very welcoming and beyond helpful. Personally, I feel a five star hospitality here. I'm on airport transit, this hotel definitely is a choice for me. Cleanliness and room is above expectation. Value for money compare to other similar hotels.
