The hotel's location alone deserves a perfect score, haha! The airport transfer service was also excellent. If you have a late arrival or an early flight, this place is definitely a fantastic choice, haha! Breakfast starts early, so I was able to grab a bite even with my early flight, which was super great!

The room was clean and very close to the airport. Even though the hotel is located by the road, the soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, I couldn't hear any outside noise. The shuttle service was free, and the staff were very friendly. There are many night markets nearby, making it convenient for dining and entertainment.

The airport transfer service was super convenient; the driver arrived in less than five minutes. When checking in, the front desk even asked for my departure flight time for the next day to pre-register it! The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Among all the hotels near Shuangliu Airport, this one probably offers the best value for money. Looking forward to staying here again!

I chose a hotel in Shuangliu because I was worried about traffic jams in the Inner Ring Road and wanted to visit the rapeseed fields on my last day. This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel. The decor is simple and stylish, and the room was beautiful and clean. This particular hotel felt quite new, both in its decor and facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. We arrived quite late, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice, upgrading us to an executive twin room. However, we weren't happy with the floor of the first room we were assigned (the hotpot restaurant downstairs smelled so good, we would have been smelling hotpot all night if we stayed on the second floor facing it 🤣). When we requested a change, she quickly moved us to a higher floor. Since a key card was needed to access our room floor, the front desk staff even helped us with our luggage. A huge thank you to them! The room was spacious; we could easily open up two 29-inch suitcases without any problem. There was a mini-fridge and a wireless charging pad on the bedside table. The hairdryer was also great. The robot delivering food was very smart too. The breakfast at the restaurant was also quite extensive. My first experience at an Atour hotel was fantastic!

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with no strange odors in the room and every corner spotless. The toiletries were also fully stocked. The staff were polite and friendly, and they responded promptly to any requests. The location was convenient for getting around and finding food. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, it offered excellent value for money. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, and I highly recommend it!

Highly recommended for those on a layover! The airport shuttle service is incredibly convenient; you just hop in a car right after landing. Get some good rest, and then they'll take you back to the airport for your connecting flight. For layovers, the main goal is to avoid hassle, and this place delivers – you wake up refreshed and ready for your next journey. It's also great for people catching early morning or late-night flights.

Choosing this hotel for an early flight was a brilliant decision! It's close to the airport, so there's no hassle, and the hotel environment is clean and quiet, allowing for a really good night's sleep. The room facilities are new, the space is ample, and the service is attentive. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's also near the outlets, making dining and shopping convenient. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to or from the airport.

The hotel environment is very good, there is a self-service laundry room. Must praise the front desk! The door was warmly greeted, the whole process was smiling, the check-in and check-out speed was super fast, the surrounding routes were consulted, the items were patiently answered, the service was intimate and polite, the journey was instantly warm, 👍 At 6:30, the hotel arranged a free drop-off service, politely helped to wake up at four o'clock, the driver's service was warm and helped with the luggage, sent to the airport door, and the emotional value was full.

Perfect service and location. Service staff are well trained and they even allow early check in when we arrived at 9am without additional charges. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again I was very pleased. The room size is generous, and overall it offers excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and since I was on a work trip, I especially appreciated having a proper desk and chair, which made it easy to settle in and work. One thing I particularly value is that the non-smoking floors are genuinely non-smoking—something that can’t always be taken for granted, especially based on some past experiences I’ve had in China. The breakfast was very extensive, with a wide range of options catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. There was a large selection of cooked dishes, as well as Western-style items including bread, butter, jam, cereals, fruits, vegetables, and pastries. Overall, the variety was impressive and generous. From my perspective as a vegetarian who includes dairy, one small improvement would be the addition of cheese, which was missing. I also noticed that, despite the strong Western offering, cutlery was not always readily available and I occasionally had to ask for it. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the coffee was excellent. During my first stay, I also tried the late-night snack option, which I found quite interesting. It mainly consisted of noodles and dumplings, though most options were meat-based. Including a few vegetarian choices would make it more inclusive. A special mention goes to Ryan Jiang, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with sending packages via courier, helped arrange an extension when I decided to stay longer, and even upgraded my room and included breakfast when I rebooked. His support made everything smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the small touches, like having fresh fruit in the room after a long day out. Additionally, I had medication that required refrigeration for the time that I had checked out and until I re-checked ( I had travelled for one day to Chongqing and back), and the concierge team handled this without any issues. When I needed help connecting to the internet, the reception staff responded immediately and went out of their way to assist me—everyone was attentive and eager to help. Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely choose again.
