Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway) Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds. Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim. Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot. Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

On the way to drive here, the sunflowers on the lake road are fiercely raising their heads towards the sun. I remember Yu Dafu said that in winter, living in the house for two or three months is the most exciting period of hibernation in a foreign land in a year. Then hiding in Hilton Fuxian Lake must be the most pleasant choice. It is like a southern French manor with warm climate, lush vegetation, colorful flowers, charming sea, and birds singing happily. The manor is fragrant and has extremely high negative oxygen ions. I can fall asleep in the room every day listening to the gentle sound of the waves. I sleep well every day. Hilton Fuxian Lake is like a paradise far away from the world. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast is very delicious and rich in variety. There are also local specialties such as Chengjiang lotus root powder, Yunnan broken crisp buns, Yunnan bean powder, and delicious pea cakes... Here, you can experience all kinds of delicious Yunnan flavors in one stop. By the way, egg rolls are also delicious Be sure to ask the aunt for it, otherwise it would be a pity to miss it. Finally, I would like to thank the front desk lady Katie for adding WeChat and sending us the distribution of scenic spots in Fuxian Lake. She also enthusiastically told us about the beautiful places with good coffee nearby. I came to Fuxian Lake for vacation on a whim. With Katie, I didn’t need to buy any guides. Thank you very much

The room is very good, the facilities are complete, the staff is friendly, but I still like it to be more positive, such as smiling service. The hotel landscaping is beautiful, but parking is not very convenient. It would be better if valet parking is available.

Every time I come to Chengjiang for a visit, my husband only stays at Hilton. Not only is the scenery here beautiful, but the plank road and the lakeside are also great places for leisure walks. The service is also great, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and the meals are rich and delicious. I am very satisfied with everything! My whole family said that this is the most beautiful hotel at home, no other! So I have brought my family to stay here countless times! Very good 👍🏻

Fuxian Lake is so beautiful on a sunny day. I was very satisfied with the Hilton Hotel I stayed at. At 3 or 4 in the afternoon, the sun filled the whole room, bright and warm. When I checked in, the front desk lady Katie gave me a guide to the surrounding attractions, which made it easier to travel. I will stay at Hilton again next time I go to Fuxian Lake.

The room is well-equipped, with free soft drinks on the first day. The environment is first-class, with a view at every step. I especially like the good attitude of the service staff, who took the initiative to take the luggage. The front desk girl Lingxi was particularly considerate and thoughtful. When she learned that it was my husband's birthday, she helped us apply for a birthday cake and introduced the attractions near the hotel in detail. I will book Hilton again next time.

The room was spacious and clean, but the facilities were a bit old. The lobby manager was very welcoming, and there were people to help with the luggage when getting on and off the bus. The hotel's lakeside garden was beautifully maintained.

This is definitely the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in this year! From the architectural style to the lake view, from the room layout to the garden layout, from the exquisite and delicious Chinese restaurant to the warm and considerate service... Upgraded to a lake view room, the room is very large, facing the sunset, with a large lawn, you can go down to the lake, the lake is clear and beautiful, it is worthy of being the most beautiful Hilton.
