A wonderful place to stay. The hygiene is eqvilent to a 5 star hotel, and the view is near the river. I selected the better option to face the Memories of Hoi An theme park. It was wonderful!! The hotel is near all the places of attractions. For people who are lazy like me, I took a electric cabby. For those who are active, they provide free bicycle.

The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile. They were attentive, making sure all our needs were met and providing helpful recommendations for exploring the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The interior design was thoughtfully done, with tasteful decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary bicycles provided by the hotel. This was a wonderful touch, allowing us to easily explore the nearby ancient city of Hoi An. Riding through the quaint streets on a bike added to the overall charm of our trip. Overall, Cozy A Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, clean and beautifully designed rooms, and the added convenience of complimentary bicycles. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

This place was the highlight of our stay in Hoi An. Exceptional in every sense and wonderful staff who all speak very good English!

Our family loved this hotel and highly recommend it! We ended our Hoi An/Da Nang vacation at a beach resort but we all agreed that we preferred the Cozy An hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and big. Great selection for dinner and drinks and overall just a really relaxing and chill place to stay for a few nights.

A very clean and new hotel with a very beautiful swimming pool. There is also a restaurant and bar where you can order food for a fee. The breakfast menu is not many but it is definitely filling. There is also a freshly cooked hot food area. The facilities and equipment of the room meet the requirements. At the level of a four-star hotel, all the staff in the hotel are very kind and polite. The overall service is really unsatisfactory, inferior to that of a five-star hotel, and every service staff always greets guests with a smile. The most important thing is that the price is very cheap and the CP value is very high The hotel also provides free bicycles

Very reasonable and close to the old town. This hotel was the most hospitable and satisfied with the service on this trip. Although it was not stated in the reservation, after making the reservation, the hotel contacted us by whatsapp to provide a one-way shuttle. This hotel has a shuttle bus. We asked for a return trip to Da Nang, but they were flexible with the time. Most of the hotel staff were fluent in English and were friendly and excellent. The only disappointment was that the shower did not drain properly. However, there was a bathtub, and we showered in the bathtub to avoid overflowing, so overall we were very satisfied considering the price. We decided to stay at this hotel again and go on a trip to Hoi An. The bicycles we rented were also well maintained.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the old town. The hotel price includes one-way transfer. We liked the city so much that we extended the hotel for a second night, so we also received a return transfer as a gift. The hotel has bicycles, which are very convenient to move around the city - in 2 days we covered it all. We also walked around the sights and museums. Good breakfast, even had ostrich meat one day. Very polite and helpful staff. They gave advice on where to go, what to see, what restaurant to go to. Helped with a tour on a bamboo boat. We had a room overlooking the river - very beautiful. The room had a bath and shower, so you could wash at the same time. The room had all toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator. The room is quite quiet - an advantage that is not in the very center of nightlife. We didn't use the pool - we walked a lot and really fell in love with the city. The only small drawback is that the floors are smooth and slippery, you have to be careful. Many thanks to the wonderful hotel staff for the high level of service.

I actually booked the first night on other platforms. I stayed one more night on Ctrip. This shows my approval of this hotel. The hotel is very new, the room has a wide view, facing the Thu Bon River. The hotel service attitude is also quite good (the average service level of Vietnamese hotels is really significantly higher than that of domestic hotels, even 3-star hotels are much better than 4-star hotels in China.) The hotel service is very personal. The front desk clerk was very polite and willing to assist. The room was tidy. The breakfast is rich and the food quality is good. Tried the hotel's massage service which was great. Great value for money!

The reviews are true! It was a wonderful hotel. The room was upgraded and had a river view from above. The bathroom was spacious and the hot water was perfect. The decorations in various places were cute. The breakfast was all delicious and there was a good variety. The pool was also nice with clean water. They booked a boat for Coconut Village for us and we enjoyed it the next day. Although we didn't use it this time, there were plenty of clean bicycles available. Above all, the front desk staff were very helpful, leaving our luggage until the evening and helping us call Grab. It has a luxurious feel and I would recommend it to everyone.
