Good location, very good WiFi, and excellent staff oriented to have a good services and fresh and customized meal. Nirmala organizes all the staff in order to offer good restaurant services. We had AirCondition and also toothpaste and toothbrush, aspect unusual for a 3-Stars hotel! Thanks to the chef, Nirmala and all the staff!

No place to keep luggage. Breakfast below average. Room size is very small. Bad smell in room. Do go this hotel

I had a lovely stay at Hotel M Grand this month. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The dinners were absolutely delicious and they had taken all of the party’s dietary requests into account. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive stay here and would definitely stay here again if I return to Chennai.

It is shocking to experience room without ac remote. Staff member will come into too to on ac with remote. After ac is on, he will take remote. We cannot change ac temperature. Staff will set ac temperature and will take remote. Cannot on ac or off ac. No coffee kettle. Hotel is old property. Only thing is it is located in center of city. Not suitable for family stay. No breakfast options. It is just like a lodge. Not worth money. There is no pleasant feeling in room. In mid night also to operate ac a staff will enter room to operate ac.

Our train arrives at the destination at 6am. Due to 12 checkin rule we booked the room with an extra night from previous day of our stay, and it’s 100% prepaid. Ideally, we expected the hotel to keep the room available when we arrived, but the hotel initially rejected to even talk to us. After much effort they gave the room at around 8. 00 am on temporary basis. Mm t did not respond on helpline and zero assistance from mmt. This black exclusive membership also did not come for a rescue. On the last day of checkout we requested for a late checkout and they were kind to extend the stay for 4 hours at a cost of 1000 rupees. But there is no accountability for the no room on day one. It’s a thumbs down to make my trip and the hotel

Stay was in good atmosphere. Staffs are very helpful and all services attended very promptly without any delay. I recommend stay here very safe and enjoyable
