Worst hotel to stay. Front desk receptionist Shaen made me wait for more than 30 min to give the room at midnight telling that he didn't get booking voucher, even though we had a clear confirmed booking. Had to contact customer care and sort it out. His behaviour was very rude. Rooms are overpriced for the size. Though we paid extra amount for breakfast during the booking, they didn't provide any information about the breakfast timings at checkin and when we went for breakfast, they said that the restaurant is closed and we cannot have the food. No one in the hotel cares for the plight of the customers. I would like to give a MINUS 10 rating for the service. Worst experience till now.
