Good hotel nice good service the location is also very nice near by the metro malls are also there rooms are little bit small otherwise all good the staffs are alsi good from reception sahiba and aayush was nice with us.hotel staff is co operative and take attention of each customer very carefully.

The baddest experience staying at chennai. 1. Old dilapidated room. 2. Yellow colour water from pipes. 3. Uncleaned soiled toilets and toilet seats. 4. Stained smelly towels. 5. Noisy ac

8. Sleepless night, due tonsound of rain water falling on ac outer unit hearing inside through the inside unit. The only positive thing was the staff. They were all energetic and supportive

No hot water, no intercom - phone was dead. Bed covers used spell, fan not working condition. Poor response from reception when called for resolve in above. Finally ageeed for refund of paid amount back to me

Let me summarise the experience at ginger chennai. 1. The room was allocated beyond the check in time
2. Initially allocated room was very messy and bad odour from the wash room. Then we requested to change another room
3. Room service needs to be improved and we had to wait for the services requested. 4. Overall ambience to be improved a lot
