The stay at Ambica Empire was mostly pleasant, with friendly staff, good service, and comfortable rooms. However, the billing process was concerning. My Rs. 542 food bill was mistakenly charged as Rs. 2967. When I requested a bill, they assured me it would be emailed, so I paid the amount. However, wanting to verify, I asked for a hard copy. Only then did they realize they'd mistakenly added another room’s charges to mine. Then they refunded 2967 and asked me to pay 542. Without my insistence on cross-checking, I would have been significantly overcharged and I still haven't received the promised email bill. Be cautious and double-check your bill to avoid any issues.

The service here is top-notch! From check-in to check-out, the staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met promptly I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. They were spacious and offered plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-kept

I was stayed in Ambika empire it was great and memorable experience ambience was good excellent staff front desk where they guide me lots of things good so polite will recommend our family & friends to stay this hotel thanks for great hospitality

Ambika empire is a very old property which is renovated and now is very good and staffs are very polite and very helpful, rooms are a bit small but good. Overall the stay was very nice and very good. Can be recommended to others.

Check in took 20 minutes; many reasons like mm t booking double cif we have only king size; for second day the rooms key was not accepting, room uncleared told several time no use not worth of stay and money
