No much to say though the hotel is undergoing renovation. No complaints. Service level top notch. Chicken Gravy in the in kitchen restaurant is excellence.

The service was very good. Especially the lady Doyal, who was so pleasant and kept assisting us when needed. She was very hospitable and did not hesitate to tend to our needs.

This hotel leave with me bad memories and stay compared to Raintree St Mary Road. Bad bed, average breakfast. Feels like lower tier hotel compare to the one at St Mary Road. Old buildings and old facilities.

no swimming pool even though advertized. no air conditioning in teh corridors. the carpet in the main lobby stinks. the rooms are nice and spaciaous and the service staff is excellent. the bathrooms are also nice and big and water is hot on demand. in my specific bath, the mixer was broken so water came out of the both teh show and the hand faucet together. towels are clean but only 99% dry. bathrobes are fresh and comfortable. so are teh beds and pillows. The inroom entertainment was very poor. (the raintree in st mary's road has better curated selection of entertainment). the views are of urban streets so nothing much to say. the colour schme is horrendous but that is only my personal opinion. The 24/7 coffee shop "kitchen" had nice breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide range of food, all well cooked. all in all the newer Raintree hotel on st mary's road is much better, but the rooms and bathrooms there are much smaller. i hope once they finish renovating this hotel will get its act together.

Chef adishankar is best chef and he have lots of variety of foods for breakfast. Service Siva made sure place kept very clean. Best service and good food and friendly staff specially highly recommended

Raintree delighted us with their variety of breakfast options - continental, Indian, bakery, kid friendly items. To top it all, they had a live kitchen delivering dosas, pan cakes etc., loved the staffs. They are super friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Special thanks to Anish and Latish for giving us all a great experience. Would visit here again and would strongly recommend.

Centrally located Very neat and clean Well appointed interiors extremely well maintained Very polite and helpful staff willing to look into your smallest issues like arrangements of water for long trip to a snack box complimentary with veg s/w for trip Perfect place to stay Elaborate buffet for breakfast with multiple cuisine and choices as part of tariff HIGHLY RECOMMEND just that it's a bit expensive

The stay was impressive in this hotel. Premium and Comfortable Rooms. The staff is so good here, Polite and caring for their customers.. The food is too good. I’ll give special mention to Gaurav and Chan who work in the Hotel’s dining, they were very Polite, caring and Supportive, They served us really well, Highly impressed by these two hardworking employees.. Overall this hotel is simply too good and must Visit.

The hotel was good and their service was good everything was up to the mark . Friendly staff clean and tidy room through a little warm decent breakfast and your handy location I would identify use again very good service well located and the room are very comfortable

We turned up to be met with a hotel which was under renovation. As soon as we sat down to book in we were told there was no spa, no pool and no bar! This should have been disclosed to us before we arrived but had not, but of course the male checking us in said it had. We were shown to the elevator and that’s where we were left, we had to find our room and when we did we couldn’t get into it. No member of staff in any of the other 5* hotels in India have left us at the elevator and they have always shown us to our room and asked if it’s to our satisfaction. The room was NOT to our satisfaction at all! The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty and the duvet and sheets had stains on them. We spent at total of 8 hours there before checking out after managing to find another 5* hotel at a much lower cost then the Raintree which had all the areas of the hotel open. This is our only time in Chennai and unfortunately this hotel didn’t set a very good first impression. If we do happen to come again this hotel won’t be one we will ever stay in or recommend!
