I had an excellent stay at The Frame Hostel in Penang. The service was top-notch, and the location is ideal, with Penang's famous street food and street art just a short walk away. The hostel is also surrounded by Michelin-star food stalls. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the new capsule beds, introduced just a week ago, offer a cozy sleeping experience. The hostel is flexible with check-in and check-out times, and the on-site café is perfect for enjoying a favourite cup of coffee. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang. ---

Conveniently located to main attractions in Georgetown, hostel is clean. The ratio of bathroom stalls to occupants felt low, but did not face any issues with having to wait.

Clean, fair price for comfy accomodation

Not my first time staying at The Frame Guesthouse, and I think I will make a tradition out of it each time I visit Penang. Location is ideal as it’s close to the street art, street food, jetties and more. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. As a solo backpacker I also found it very convenient and met a lot of cool people. I would happily recommend them to anyone coming to Penang!

The hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room is large, the public space is surprisingly large, and all facilities are very complete. The only problem is that the sound outside may be noisy at night. Because the floor is a wooden structure, there will be a creaking sound, but the front desk also Ear plugs are provided. The location of the hotel is very good, in the core area, seven, street food, everything is very convenient!

Because I saw that the trip.com rating was 4/5, I was a little bit excited. Unexpectedly, the room was very dark and shabby, not like the 4 points on trip.com. I was a bit disappointed.
