Nice hotel just across the street from the ******. As we were checking in a gentleman came back to the lobby saying his room was not ready for his check in. Sent every one behind the counter in high alert to get it fixed fro him, which was nice to see. The staff was very nice and our room was clean. Wish the breakfast was till 10:30 instead of 9:30, but now I know.

The room we stayed in 214, sheets were wrinkled and there were hairs and lint on them. There was a crack in the tub, and a piece of the wall was missing behind the door. The light in the entry was not working.
I was disappointed in the room as I have stayed in the Bryson City location and it a was very nice.

The hotel is just along from the ****** on the other side of the road. It is approx 5 minute drive to the Main Street, the various places to eat and sights. The hotel reception staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel appeared very clean and it was a bit dated and tired in places. It was however good value for money, very clean and comfortable. The room had a king bed, aircon, a wet bar, Fridge and microwave. The room was on the darker side due to the dark furnishings and paint colours. It felt and looked a bit tired in places but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was Spotless and had a bath/shower, Soap bars, a shampoo/conditioner in one, body lotion, hand, bath towels and a flannel. Breakfast was included and had tea/coffee, waffle maker, yoghurt, potted fruit, bagels and muffins etc. Great to have this included. There was a pool outside, it looked really nice and clean, but we didn’t get to try it out.
