Premier Inn London Tolworth

Room was clean and very good value for money. Service in the bar area was very good.

This is the second time we have stayed a few days at the Premier Inn in Tolworth. The hotel is placed perfectly for our needs close to where my daughter lives but also access to the train services to get into central London. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and our room was quiet, comfortable and tidy. The continental breakfast is excellent value for money, and on the most recent visit we also eat at the hotel in the evening and were happy with the choice and value for the meals provided. Overall the best impression was made by the staff who worked so hard to help and to accomodate the needs of those staying at the hotel. The hotel is situated close to a busy road, but on both occasions we have stayed the rooms have been very quiet at night and I am impressed with the quality of sleep I get when using Premier Inn mattresses.

I love a Premier Inn, but this one was very poorly maintained. My room had serious issues with plumbing, the shower making a really loud humming noise when running warm, and it was difficult to get warm water from the sink tap. The HDMI port for the TV would not work, nor would the free wifi. The room was very cold when I arrived and it took a long time to warm up with the air conditioning which was also quite temperamental, the pictures on the instructions not matching the panel I had on my wall. The coffee machine at breakfast was out of order too. Thankfully my stay was made better by friendly and attentive staff, especially Sangara who went out of his way to help me.

I had a fantastic stay, lovely room and great service. All the staff were very nice and helpful, but in particular Rachel (restaurant staff) was very friendly and happy to help when down for breakfast. The restaurant area was clean and well maintained, and it was clear that the staff were keen to make the stay welcoming and enjoyable.

Stayed at the premier inn for one night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Stayed on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. On a busy road, but quiet as there is an internal & external window, which softens out the noise of traffic. The breakfast was extra. Quite basic, but enough of a choice.
