I booked this hotel online and upon arrival I could tell this was not my kind of place. The signs posted everywhere about no public restrooms, no smoking, no vaping, video surveillance, etc gave off a bad vibe. I refused to stay here as a single woman and left.

My room had a broken toilet paper holder, bathtub extremely dirty, you had to play with eh door handle to make sure it latches to lock, all my towels hair in it, found stains on my bed room, and front desk seems lack hospitality manners.

Very very great service we were in the winter storm and they make everything easy for me and my wife very pleasant with the Hotel.

Hard no. If you had hot water for a shower, it would be better. This place is just a little clueless. Whatever you ask for upfront on your reservation will be disregarded. This is perhaps the hotel with the worst breakfast I've seen in years. It's disrespectful.

A decent place to stay near the hotel. The hotel as clean and comfy. The morning breakfast was good. Easy access to major highways. it would be helpful to have more eating options nearby but has few places to eat at walking distance. The area is safe.

The room did not have a number on it , I reported it to the clerk he stated there were no more room , got in the room there was no Electric working , reported it to the clerk he gave me a new room , even though he said there wasn’t any room left ,
I was so upset about the whole thing I just gave him the key and went home

I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one was a little bit different than previous stays in the way that you can’t take your complimentary breakfast upstairs which was a bit annoying for me because my boyfriend was still sleeping and I wanted to bring him some food up but couldn’t. The area surrounding looks a wee bit worn down. I didn’t feel in danger or anything though. The room was decent! Clean enough. No stains or funny smells or anything. I disinfect everything anyways no matter where I stay. The team at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I was a bit thrown off by the $100 security deposit because I’ve never had to do that before at any other Comfort Inn but I imagine that’s due to the location surrounding and sketchy individuals.

Check in was perfect. I got to the room and it was perfect at first sight. When I went in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken. The door had a shoe print on it like someone tried to kick the door in. The door was splitting at 2 different spots which also made me think someone tried to kick it in. The door to the hallway had a huge chunk where the paint came off. The air conditioner was so noisy. It woke me up all night. All showers get slick when wet, but this one gets really slippery. Being a bigger person, the bathroom is a little tight when on the potty. The sink is way too close to it, lol.
I was really glad they had the air on. Thankful for the fridge and the microwave. Plenty of towels / rags since it was only an overnight trip. So glad they gave 2 shampoo and conditioner since I shower at night and morning. Ive stayed here several times before and always felt safe. And so glad they give 4 pillows!! Bed was comfy.
