Not the best stay here. The tv was not tuned in. Last visit no tv remote control. The shower temperature control was not working properly. But still the location is good and the spa is good

The hotel room is large and includes breakfast. It is a very old building, and the room decoration is very old.

The staff were excellent, friendly and provided perfect service. Breakfast was good, options of cereal, full cooked and toast. The hotel is just outside of Chester but only 5 mins drive by car. The room was warm and comfortable.
