Centre Place Hotel Chiang Mai

Booked through trip.com at around 10.30 pm (because I booked the wrong date in the old hotel🤣), so I had to book again when the plane landed. I arrived at the hotel at around 23.00 pm. There was no receptionist. Luckily, I was able to get in right away because someone came into the room at that time. I saw the hotel number on the counter because the number on Trip could not be contacted or was not updated. So I talked to the owner and knocked on the owner's mother's bedroom door. Then I checked in. It was a new experience. Thank you, Trip, for making me feel at ease and being able to contact them if there is a problem. P.S. I talked to the hotel owner and he said that check-in is only until 2 pm. If you come after this, he will be sleeping. Trip may have to update the information, both the phone number and check-in time, so that no one else will encounter the same situation as me.
