The location is excellent and easy to find. The room is clean and well-maintained. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of the place. Highly recommended for all types of tourists.

Good place

It is a nice place.

Nice little apartment. Kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Nice balcony. Check in was easy. Extra charge if you wanted cleaning (we were there 4 nights and no cleaning included). Swimming pool was amazing, gym well equipped but did get busy (it was small for the number of apartments in the building) Good value overall.

What I like about Astra: • It’s big and family friendly. We came as a family of 3, including a baby. • Love the pool and changing room. • Its near 7-11 • Its near with night bazaar market • Its very near with halal eateries What I dont like about Astra: • Its a condo not a hotel, so there is no reception to attend to us. • Trip.com sent us the wrong info to access our rooms so we were waited 1 hour at the lobby woth our luggages and a baby. There was no one at reception and they turn off the aircon so it wasnt a pleasant intro for us. IBut we manage to call trip.com and get us to assist us asap. • There was no water heater in our room.

Note that this actually isn't a proper hotel. It's an apartment unit being rented out by the owner. The room is very nice but just be aware the check in logistics night be a bit confusing since theres not actually a check in counter

Nice location

The location is very good 👍 right on Changkang Road, convenient for eating, super beautiful swimming pool, said to be the longest swimming pool in Asia, worth recommending.

We stayed here for six nights during our ten-day stay in Chiang Mai. Everything was fine until the day we left. My son's phone fell in the elevator and we couldn't find it. I guess it was picked up by other tourists.

The transportation is convenient. There is a 7-11 and a small shopping mall opposite. Although it is on the side of the road, the whole community is very quiet. The 3-person room booked this time has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a small kitchen. The activities of each other will not interfere with each other. It is very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. The only flaw in this room is that the stains on the sofa are not very clean. It is recommended that the landlord can send it to wash Or order new ones. The swimming pool and sauna upstairs are great, it is recommended to use them.

The smell of sewer is unbearable 😣, the landlord did not communicate at all! Very bad experience! The sky pool must not look good
