It's a newly opened hotel. Most of the people are foreigners. I like that I don't see many Thais. It feels like I'm abroad. It's not chaotic. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice. It's very minimalist and easy on the eyes.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lis! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and had a small balcony with a view of the mountains.

We had a pleasant night in this hotel in Chiang Mai! The welcome was warm and attentive, with staff ready to meet our needs. The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the city.
The breakfast was plentiful and varied.
The hotel has access to drinks, fresh coffee and snacks 24 hours a day for free.
Ideal location, close to the main sites (temples and the old city) and local markets. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant and authentic stay in Chiang Mai!

We regret to stay there only one night as we had to leave to another town. This hotel gave us warm welcome from the front desk, clean and comfort room. Pool was refreshing especially after at the end of the day. This newly opened hotel is very convenient, walking distance to the market. We surely will go back again and stay longer.
