+ The bed 🛌 is excellent—so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of it. Everything is new and pleasant! The location is fantastic.
The water isn’t completely hot. Early in the morning, the cleaner desperately tried to enter the room, but then never came back, so there was no cleaning.
During the day, there was some welding work going on right under the balcony. But in the evening, it was quiet.

Lovely cozy place to stay whenever you’re in ChiangMai. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy and the staffs were doing extra miles to help you. Can’t thank them enough for the lovely hospitality.

This is a small hotel with good value for money located in Olttown. The overall hotel scale is not large, but it is a hotel with good value for money with a clean and quiet surrounding environment, friendly staff, and clean room condition.
