Upon arrival, we were impressed by their friendliness and helpfulness. Staff is able to communicate in English. Very nice environment, we like the greens and terracotta very much. Room is equipped with coffee maker and essential facilities.

One of the best experiences we had in Asia, we loved the style of the hotel. Swimming pool was excellent, we had a feeling like we were in a middle of the jungle. Surrounding is nice and quit, with few good restaurants. Temples and other things on walking distance. Looking forward to coming back again

Nice hotel, nice staff. But we don’t book the breakfast and stay only one night. Initially the shower hot water was not working, but the staff fixed it quickly. Really quiet and got a big balcony. The staff said it was quite near to night market but we didn’t have chance to visit.

This beautiful Terracotta hotel is perfect for pictures and is in a great location. The breakfast was good.

What a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, well located, and looks more or less what the pictures show. But what I'll remember this place by is the warmth and kindness of the people who work there. I was greeted by Sam and his colleague (forgot his name), who were extremely welcoming. In fact, his colleague paid for my taxi coz I didn't have change. He even forgot about it, and remembered only when I was returning it. Sam gave so many tips, suggested that they can hold my bag for 4 nights while I go for a meditation trip up to Pai, despite the fact that I stayed at the hotel only for a night. Such a lovely stay! Loved every bit of the 28 hours I spent there.

It is near the ancient city and the night market. The service is very good and enthusiastic. The front desk speaks good English and gave us a small elephant decoration. The bathroom is leaking badly. It leaks all night after taking a shower, which makes the room very damp.

The hotel is not big, but it is an art hotel with many artworks. The swimming pool is not big, but it is very comfortable and the overall environment is very beautiful. I don't know if it is a time issue, there are not many Chinese people, most of them are foreigners, it feels very quiet and comfortable. Except that it is close to the market and it will be a bit noisy at noon. The service is very good, and the brother at the front desk is always smiling. Because I brought my children, we were given a late check-out on the last day for the children to rest. The breakfast variety is good, but the taste is also good. The transportation is also very convenient, go to 711, and the weekend market is very close. I should visit this hotel twice.

I stayed in three hotels/homestays in Chiang Mai, and this is my favorite one! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. It's not big (but still much bigger than those homestays in the city), with several buildings, a yard, and a swimming pool, all of which are very exquisite. The red brick building is decorated with brick carvings, ornaments, and some antiques, and the interior decoration is also relatively retro. The public lounge (p2) is arranged between two courtyards full of green plants, which is cool and comfortable. The back door of the room balcony (we upgraded to a pool room for free) leads directly to the swimming pool (p8). Probably because of the swimming pool + plants + shade of the big tree, it feels cool even in the place without air conditioning, especially the public lounge area. Disadvantages and areas for improvement: The drainage in the bathroom can be repaired. The drainage speed is slow and the hair is easy to overflow when washing. The shower room should be equipped with a sliding door. There are few delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is only FACES opposite (closed on Monday, we didn't eat there) and Kalm Kitchen and Cafe in Kalm Village (nice environment, but the food is not delicious). It is recommended to make an appointment with Michelin and take a taxi there at mealtime. I will definitely stay there next time if I have the chance!

Highly recommended! The waiter was really enthusiastic, the manager was very friendly and hospitable, and shared a lot of stories about his trip to China. The environment is great, full of artistic temperament. In the ancient city, there are many snacks and markets at the door. Very, very satisfied!

There is noise from the room next to the street in the morning. It is a unique place and worth trying.
