The staff is friendly, and the location is close to the markets. However, it is situated in a residential area where the streets are empty early in the evening. We experienced an attempted robbery one night and had to navigate through various dark alleyways to reach the hotel. Additionally, there was no one at the reception (which closes at midnight). We were followed to the hotel and felt unsafe the entire night due to the lack of a 24/7 reception; anyone could follow you inside. For women traveling alone or in pairs who plan to return to the hotel after midnight, I do not recommend staying here. Alternatively, take a taxi from your destination to the hotel but avoid walking alone or in pairs through the narrow streets at night.

I came here early in the morning. I took an overnight bus to Chiang Mai. I was quite tired. There was a room available. I was very grateful for being able to check in early for free. I was able to wash up well. The room was clean and everything was good. 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay here and Tanya was such a welcoming host that made us feel right at home. Our room was compact but perfect for us as a couple, as well as being very clean and tidy. The pool and chill areas were the perfect place to relax and unwind after days/nights out. Located near loads of shops and bars, small walk away from everything. Would 100% stay here again, when we return to Chiang Mai in the future!

Lovely hotel, beds were comfy and the rooms were cute! The rooms had a Thai vibe but also modern. The staff were so helpful and friendly - we extended our stay, had a birthday whilst there, and asked for lots of recommendations - all requests were met with a smile. The location and area is great, there is so much around (the juice / smoothie bar round the corner was a highlight!) Would definitely stay again and recommend :)
