แย่มาก ไม่ยินดีรับลูกค้า แล้วไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า พอถึงที่พักพนักงานปฏิเสธ และไม่ทำระคืนเงินให้ ให้หมดเวลา ทำให้เหว่ามือนว่าเข้าพัก …..และบอกว่าต้องยกเลิกก่อนวันพัก7วัน ถ้าคนเข้าพักทราบว่าไม่รับลูกค้าประเภทไหน ทางเราก็คงไม่เข้าพัก เพราะ….ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้ระบุในนโยบายของโรงแรม แล้วพนักงานอ้างกฏหมาย แล้วก็กินเงินจอง ไปหมด คืนแค่ร้อยกว่าบาท แย่มาก
