We are a couple traveling from Bangkok to Chiangmai staying here for 5 days at Honeymoon Suite with Jacuzzi room, it was a very comfortable stay.
Location is super convenient, at the center of Nimman area and are being surrounded by One Nimman, Maya, 7-11, famous coffee shops, massages and night life within at most 10 mins walk, some are even right outside our hotel back door. I got my Manago sticky rice nearly every night just right outside our hotel back door a small shop.
Room is very neat and clean. We are facing sun rise, it was gorgeous to see that every day. Room is not very big, good enough for a couple. More importantly is their outdoor area with Jacuzzi and sitting out area. If you have kids, they can really play there for a whole day!! We bought street food and dined outdoor area with the night stars.
Also we stayed there for New Year eve and New Year, this balcony area allowed us to see the fireworks from Ninmman clock tower so closely and clearly!!! We didn't even need to get into the crowd outside!!!
I love this hotel very much, and we will come back again next year for our new year and see the fireworks again!!!

The location is great and quiet! ! I will still want to stay here when I visit in the future, but there is only one elevator and the waiting time is very slow. It needs to be improved. The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic! ! Breakfast is not very good, lack of variety and needs to be improved

This hotel is so convenience and you do not need to travel using car. The eatery places have so much around you. The breakfast is so so and is decent level. The room is spacious as I booked the one w jacuzzi. The only set back is there is only one lift. Also the room lock is not working fine for the room I stayed. The price a bit steep.
