Do good fo4 stay here , bed new, comfort room, see view , downstairs have shop , I will stay here again

We stayed here recently, and while the room was big, it felt a bit bare, there wasn’t much furniture, just one bedside table and no proper chair - only a stool. There was no coffee or kettle in the room, but you can get free hot water at the café downstairs (just ask for it) and purchase instant coffee packets, or get a fresh brewed coffee for a fair price. The room had windows at the front and back, but only the one facing the walkway had an insect screen, which was odd since it doesn’t offer any privacy when the window and curtains are open. The back window opened onto an open field, but has no screen. The curtains were about 80% light-blocking, so the room stayed dim after sunrise. The beds were comfy, but the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and slow, we had to use our mobile phone data to get decent speeds. Parking is limited, and all the spaces were taken by 8 PM, so plan ahead if you’re driving. There was quite a lot of construction noise starting around 9 AM, but considering it was shortly after the floods, it’s understandable they needed to do repairs. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you don’t mind a few quirks, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Overall it's a nice stay here, with quiet and clean room. Facilities looks new. Breakfast was good enough and enjoyable. Location is great, near the river and restaurants

Reasonable price with good quality. The staff is really nice and there is a lot of space for parking lots. Really suitable even when you come with family as the room is quite large.

I didn't explore much about this area, staying a night, worth for money, the hotel surrounding with local residentials, can have a small walk, there is a cafe next to the hotel building. The room with kitchen sink, bath room is spacious & clean. Will stay again If next time to chiang rai .

Very Good

A simple hotel but the building is pretty big. Have own compound, lots of parking space. It’s is the middle of no where. Need car to go around. Room is simple, only 2 mineral water and no kettle, coffee or tea. Water pressure is pretty weak. For stop over is fine and for the price I can accept.

A comfortable place to live in. Clean, new, and staff friendly. A wonderful place to spend time with love ones. Except for the breakfast, was too simple.
