Reasonable price with good quality. The staff is really nice and there is a lot of space for parking lots. Really suitable even when you come with family as the room is quite large.

I didn't explore much about this area, staying a night, worth for money, the hotel surrounding with local residentials, can have a small walk, there is a cafe next to the hotel building. The room with kitchen sink, bath room is spacious & clean. Will stay again If next time to chiang rai .

A simple hotel but the building is pretty big. Have own compound, lots of parking space. It’s is the middle of no where. Need car to go around. Room is simple, only 2 mineral water and no kettle, coffee or tea. Water pressure is pretty weak. For stop over is fine and for the price I can accept.

A comfortable place to live in. Clean, new, and staff friendly. A wonderful place to spend time with love ones. Except for the breakfast, was too simple.

The hotel room is clean, okay, new, but the location is not near a convenience store. It is true that it is in the city, but you need to use a car to be convenient. The food is just enough to eat, I repeat, just enough to eat, don't expect too much. Overall, it is okay to stay, but what I was not impressed with is that before checking in, I contacted to ask for adjacent rooms. The staff was okay, and gave me the room numbers. But when I actually checked in, I did not get the rooms as requested, and they were not adjacent. I contacted the accommodation and they said that the rooms I requested were already occupied by other guests. Personally, I was very unhappy and not impressed because they could not do as I requested to the customer. I felt that they did not care enough. Therefore, I had the right to choose not to stay again. I even typed to inform them that I would not stay next time, and they still said thank you. They really answered me. One time was enough for me.

The room is clean and spacious. There are 2 bottles of water per day. Too bad there is no elevator. It is located in a quiet residential area. Near the Roti Pa Yai shop, there is a parking lot and an electric car charger.

Clean large room, no foreign odors. The downsides are the lack of a kettle and a wheezing neighbor.

Clean, cute price, very quiet and close to the city, easy to get in and out, food is available.
