The hotel was right next to the train station and the space and cleanliness of the room is very good. The breakfast set provided was also very delicious and there is free coffee 24 hours. Will definitely stay again.

The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel is next to the train and bus station, very clean, warm and quiet.

It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates. Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, super convenient as it's right next to the metro (15 second walk away). Rooms have been newly renovated and the amenities are great.

The bed is the best part, so comfy and service is on tops. Location is another point, right next to the exit and breakfast is superb

A very hidden gem of a hotel, 1 minute away from the station, with big supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, everything is very close. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Ueno, and Akihabara by train. These places are expensive to the south, but the hotel is half the price for the same time to Akabane Station. Very cost-effective.

This hotel chain is a Japanese chain brand. I personally feel that the hygiene of this hotel is particularly poor and the cleaning is particularly perfunctory. The facilities in the room are very comprehensive. The hotel breakfast is also good and can be served until 11:00. It is really convenient!

There are various types of chargers, which is great! It's in front of the station, so it's lively until late at night, so it might be best not to check in too late. It's a shame that it was easier to make a reservation directly on their website than here. Next time I'll make a reservation on their website. You didn't need to order breakfast separately. There was a Family Mart and McDonald's nearby. There was a large Denny's on the first floor, or a bakery called Little Mermaid? I had the breakfast from Denny's.
