마쿠하리에 행사가 있어서 주말간 묵었습니다. 생각보다 넓어서 좋았고, 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 바로 앞에 모노레일도 있어서 행사장 가기엔 편했습니다. 대신 방에 에어컨이 없어서 좀 더웠어요.

這是一個令人感受複雜的酒店，說他不好嘛，他也有優點，說他好嘛，缺點又實在太多，我們的感受是老闆是一位小氣的人，缺點都不是前台人員的錯，反而他們是酒店可能唯一的優點了。
我們五月13-15住兩天，19-21再回住兩天，幸而我21-23換太陽道酒店了，所有三井的缺點這裡都沒有了真爽。先說三井缺點吧！（注意，三井沒有的服務太陽道都有），我會附上部分照片佐證
1.前台處沒有咖啡機，房間沒有咖啡包，這在日本旅館裡也太少見了。
2.整棟樓約十六七樓層，很巨大的建築，但沒有吸煙室！三四樓宴會廳有吸煙室起碼容納二十人之大，但不對旅客開放，夜間九點吧，三四樓電梯關閉，樓梯前方貼告示，不對非宴會者開放，擅入者主要警報運作中，署名總支配人，沒有包函體諒謝謝任何敬語，算甚麼主管，什麼酒店。沒有吸煙室的旅館在日本也很難有了。
3.房間沒有瓶裝水，那也算了，前台沒有飲水機咖啡機，那也只好客人自己外面買了。可是我們幾個月前才剛剛去了廣島三井花園酒店住過，人家有咖啡有瓶裝水啊！千葉這家的前台告訴我，他們也有瓶裝水，但只給會員而且是高級會員才有，我傻眼原來你們還分了有低級會員，更何況我不是會員。無語，你說老闆不是小氣那是啥。
4.早餐也不是不好，偶爾有不新鮮的菜也算了，開到9：30，9：15不給進，但呵呵九點時炒蛋已經不再補了，我們看見有些客人九點到，沒有炒蛋荷包蛋了。然後服務員9：15開始收菜了，不是開到9：30嗎？唉，你說老闆摳不摳！
5.日本酒店前台不是都有備品供拿取嗎，梳子刮鬍刀洗澡布浴帽乳液化妝水.......但這家三井的備品是我遇過最少的，只有四五種，有關皮膚臉部使用的乳液類，你得向前台人員索取，他們就端一紙盒裡面有四種給你選取，呵呵老闆的小氣心態再加一。
6.大堂前台check in 區域，沒有沙發，甚至簡單椅子給坐，他們的大堂很大很氣派喔，但你見過大堂沒沙發的嗎？一家人入住一人去辦理，其餘人罰站，真的沒見過的小氣到家的酒店。
其實非常大的大堂，絕對有地方設許多沙發，但他們把最大的區域設付費咖啡廳了，住了四天哪有幾個人在那喝咖啡吃蛋糕啊！外頭一大堆咖啡廳，那老闆你隔一半出來給入住與退房的客人坐坐休息，不願意嗎，很多人帶行李與孩童老人的耶，你不體諒的嗎？沒見過這麼小氣的老闆支配人了。
8.我們先住兩晚，隔四天再回來住兩晚，回來後竟然房間變小了，我在台灣已經先訂好一樣的房型了，你們不知道嗎？然後前台人員努力的協助換回，但說已經沒有那房型了，隔天換給我可以嗎？我們真的內心不甘了，就同意要換，第二天換進去，人高的一座立燈沒有了？去哪了，於是他們又去找了一個來，不理解他們如何調控與維持房間的，不過前台人員真的是很好啦…至少是有禮貌願意服務的，問題出自老闆與上層管理人。
結語:
千葉三井花園是一家不以客為尊的酒店，也不用尊啦，但連敬也沒有。
千葉太陽道酒店反之，大方，以客為尊，請預定太陽道吧！
最後告訴大家，千葉三井2024年11月要關店了，關店了，唉其來有自啊…

初めて宿泊しました。千葉駅改札からどう行けばよいか記載してほしい。食事後 千葉駅改札を22:30に出て、ホテルについたのが23:15 不親切なホテルと思う。

酒店離JR千葉站走路需要13分鐘，提著行李是有點小遠。不過面對中央公園還是令人很舒服的。
老酒店的房間都比較大些，設施上就會陳舊些，洗臉盆已經有歲月的痕跡。廁所的沖水系統也有點不順暢，沖一次水後衛生紙竟然會回流回來，只好再沖一次🤣
酒店附近有很多餐廳，離千葉神社走路只要6分鐘，酒店退房前可以順道去參拜。
另外看到 sky train覺得很新奇，車廂是掛在軌道下方😎

這麼大的三井花園酒店
竟然.....
沒有瓶裝水
沒有咖啡機在lobby
房間也沒有咖啡包
沒有吸煙室
小包裝乳液洗面乳等在備品區沒有，要向櫃檯要，有點小氣。
以上都落後給太多小旅館
距離鬧區不算遠
但大部分旅館比他近
價格倒是便宜一點
早餐可以但竟然沒有粥，稀飯。
