Great business hotel. Room small but functional and included coffee and tea brewing machine. Would recommend if you need a hotel in the area.

The hotel is located not far from the JR station, however, due to road conditions, it can be difficult to move luggage there. The public bath has a sunna room and it is not bad for a hotel in this size. Breakfast is put in a nice way. But you cannot get extra salad. There is a coffee machine in the room, quite fun to play with.

This is a very friendly hotel with good smiling in the front desk. Also, there is a plenty of car parking places for guests. Even though you check in at night, you still enjoy the free parking. Most importantly, it is very closed to the shopping mall. You can enjoy last moment shopping. I strongly recommend you to try it.

a relatively new hotel with very good cp value. free parking in front and in back of the hotel. free public bath although it is small. free ucc coffee and tea machine inside the room. breakfast sets are both good quality and huge portion. i didn't use the airport shuttle. staff very patient. very good budget hotel.

I guess you get what you pay for, on the positive, the hotel is relatively new and the breakfast is decent. on the other hand, the room feels cramped with a small useless sofa and cheap clear plastic storage chest. the onsen was tiny and located on the lobby floor. it was so sad and dark looking I gave it a miss.

Hotel have an onsen, the staff was friendly and patient, it is truly an amazing hotel.

It is a good hotel, located near the train station. the best thing about this hotel is the Japanese breakfast set and the free bus service to new chitose airport.

Thought it will be a budget stay, but it turned out to be a pampering one. Fully equipped with amenties - facial wash to towels/shaver/coffee - Queens hotel chitose did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place for a short term no frills stay.

When The air humidifier works, it comes out heavy smoking smell.

Within a 10 minute walk after getting out of Sapporo JR station. Check in and check out was smooth, the room was also clean and decent sized. The hotel had a washing machine which was helpful. Lots of things to do nearby as well.

Cozy room, nice view, looks newly decorated. Tasty and superb breakfast (there is also a choice for western breakfast), clean artificial hot spring, and free shuttle bus to the airport (about 10 min, booking when checking in), highly recommended!
