Perfetto mix di classica villa Toscana ed efficienza di un vero 4 stelle fanno di questo piccolo hotel appena a fuori dal casello di Chiusi un vero gioiello. Compreso la Locanda, ristorante attiguo, top per la carne, ma non pretenzioso.

Siamo venuti a festeggiare il nostro anniversario, ci sono state un po’ di pecche ma il personale è stato eccellente nel trovare le soluzioni. Cecilia, voto 10+, dolcissima e sempre col sorriso. La ragazza della reception (non ricordo il nome) è stata comprensiva e professionale a sistemare il disguido. Colazione un pochino scarsa per essere un 4 stelle. La taverna, eccellente.

Veramente non saprei da cosa iniziare. Premetto che abbiamo scelto questo albergo per festeggiare due compleanni e che siamo venuti anche con un bimbo di 10 mesi. Arrivati si percepisce subito una sensazione di ordine e pulizia. Parco completamente curato e fiorito. Stanze arredate con mobili in stile, pulite e dotate di biancheria a 5 stelle, soprattutto le lenzuola (mini bar assortito di acque e bevande ) Avendo soggiornato due volte nell’arco di 40 gg abbiamo dormito sia nelle stanze Classic che nelle superior. Sono entrambe consigliatissime. Cibo ottimo alla Taverna, favoloso il tagliere ma soprattutto i primi e la carne. Il fiore all’occhiello è il personale, estremamente gentile e disponibile ma discreto, sempre pronto a soddisfare la richiesta del cliente. Ieri abbiamo utilizzato anche la meravigliosa piscina e preso il sole sui comodi lettini. Dimenticavo la colazione, ottima varietà di dolce e salato, cito solo prosciutto crudo locale, miele grezzo a telaio, frutta fresca di tutti i tipi e una particolare attenzione per gli intolleranti al glutine. Consigliatissimo per tutti: coppie, amici e famiglie. Torneremo senz’altro.

I went to this dream location to celebrate a family event. The staff, friendly, attentive and impeccable, welcomed us upon our arrival and accompanied us to the back garden to start with the aperitifs. The latter were truly of excellent quality: refined products and served with care and elegance. We continued lunch in the internal room: on this occasion too the staff was impeccable, always attentive to every little detail. To start, we tasted the truly exceptional "potato buttons with a liquid interior of parmesan, red onion and truffle"; as a second course we had "hand-pulled pici with white ragù and confit cherry tomatoes", also a true delicacy. For the second course we were served "double cooked guinea fowl with soft potatoes and garden vegetables" a truly delicious dish. They then served us an excellent rum and pear sorbet, and then concluded the event in the garden with a delicious cake. I highly recommend this restaurant, to be able to come into contact with local products revisited in a modern way.

We unfortunately only stayed one night here and arrived after dark but the hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the grounds are gorgeous. There is no lift as it is an old building restored beautifully however the staff brought the luggage to our room very quickly. Breakfast was good in the restaurant. We enjoyed our brief stay.

Excellent strategic location for a tour in the splendid Val D'Orcia. Excellent welcome, great attention to guests, cleanliness and top cuisine. The only flaw…..the swimming pool needs to be renovated as well as the area before the entrance to the restaurant characterized by a persistent damp smell although masked by air fresheners. The hotel is more in palace style. Small room, more hotel that tuscan style. Very nice pool in the garden. A lot of space for dog walk. Breakfest very poor, nothing special. One day the second restaurant was closed and there is no option to eat becuase not so many places near the hotel. I went there for 2 night for the dinner in I Salotti restaurant. That was an amazing evening and great culinary trip.
