I went to this dream location to celebrate a family event. The staff, friendly, attentive and impeccable, welcomed us upon our arrival and accompanied us to the back garden to start with the aperitifs. The latter were truly of excellent quality: refined products and served with care and elegance. We continued lunch in the internal room: on this occasion too the staff was impeccable, always attentive to every little detail. To start, we tasted the truly exceptional "potato buttons with a liquid interior of parmesan, red onion and truffle"; as a second course we had "hand-pulled pici with white ragù and confit cherry tomatoes", also a true delicacy. For the second course we were served "double cooked guinea fowl with soft potatoes and garden vegetables" a truly delicious dish. They then served us an excellent rum and pear sorbet, and then concluded the event in the garden with a delicious cake. I highly recommend this restaurant, to be able to come into contact with local products revisited in a modern way.
