This hotel was beyond expectations. First, the hotel view is incredible and location is as central as you could ask for. There are also three bars/restaurants on the main floor (42) with exceptional views and good prices, staff is extremely helpful. Zoe, in particular, made us feel like VIP guests during our stay! The most important, though, is the service. As a foreigner it can be fairly difficult to get virus test and results. The hotel took care of everything for me, all the way down to sending someone to pick up my paper report and sending us a picture via WeChat so we didn’t need to worry about virus protection compliance. Next time in Chongqing, we will go directly back to this hotel!

A nice hotel in a prime location in ChongQing, very walkable distance to the shopping / food district, as well as popular tourist spots such as HongYaDong and ShiBati. It is located directly above Raffles City shopping mall, which makes getting groceries or looking for a meal very convenient. The staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

They were given a welcome drink coupon the last time they checked in. This is the only time I have not received a drink coupon when I stayed at any hotel under the InterContinental umbrella. In addition, the Spring Festival is so popular that I don’t even want to add an extra quilt. The front desk I called the room and it rang three times and I ran over to pick it up and then hung up.

Excellent location, just infront of Raffles City. When we reached the building at midnight, we were at a lost how to get up to the 38th floor. We didnt know we had to change lift on the 30th floor. Our room was on a upper level, and the hotel staff was helpful in bringing up the luggage for us. Interesting concept hotel.

The night view from the terrace is very good. It is said that we are among the first guests to stay. But because it is a newly opened hotel, there are many flaws. 1. There is a strong smell of decoration wood in the house. After smelling it for a while, it will cause headaches and sore throats. I suspected that the formaldehyde exceeded the standard. I originally booked for 3 days. Changed the hotel. 2. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and bath products can only be placed on the floor. The bathtub in the rent is very slow. 3. There was no hot water at 11pm, so I called the front desk and told me to wait 30 minutes for heating. 4. The sink faucet splashes very badly. The water can only be opened very small to ensure that there is no random splashing. It can be understood that the hotel is anxious to open during the National Day, but the hotel still has many details to be improved. I hope that it will be more attentive and better.
