The room we were first given was terrible. Dirty wall paper and very dim lightings. The staff offered to change us to another room. It was better but the lighting was just as dim. Room was unsatisfactory but the service was quite ok.

Great hotel located in the very heart of Chongqing, Yuzhong area. It is close pretty much to anything you need. There are limitless shops and restaurants around the place. Room is clean and spacious with pretty view out of the window. Staff is absolutely the best. Even though I dont speak Chinese and they dont speak English they were super responsive in person and via wechat and helped me with every single request or question that I had. The price is fair and hotel is nice. Definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there when I visit Chongqing again.

The lobby is on the seventh floor, and the elevator is so old that it feels unsafe. When I returned to the hotel at night, the elevator broke down and I was stranded downstairs for 40 minutes. There are a lot of panda peripherals, so be sure to compare prices. Downstairs is the B5 exit of the Linjiangmen subway entrance. There is an underground department store there, which is highly recommended. It has everything. I brought my baby to Chongqing and stayed there for five days and went shopping three times, and the baby was reluctant to leave.
