Excellent and helpful front desk service staff. Good location and very affordable quality accommodation. Will book again when I am I back in Chongqing.

Just checked into hotel and its too early to give a comprehensive review. What i can say is, its located in a building, 20th floor, with 2 elevators shared with several other hotels. Lobby looks futuristic with the dashing red color. Reception lady is helpful, even when it was 3am of check in. Room is ok, no mini bar, no safe !

The price was too low and I was very skeptical. I trusted the other good reviews and was not disappointed. The location is excellent. The room was clean. Most impressive is the front desk service. I had a full time concierge via wechat. I asked for travel advice and local locations. The staff even helped book a driver for my day trip to Wulong. I asked for water before arriving back at the room and it was delivered when I reached. The elevator may get a little busy but nothing disruptive. Chongqing is quite a unque, must-visit mountain city.

Hotel was very hood location is also good but if you search location on DiDi it's will appear somewhere else like behind the hotel because hotel is located in the 20 floor

Review There are definitely Pros and Cons. Pros - location location location, very convenient, nearby tourist spots Jiefangbei, Hongyadong and shoppingmalls, great for shopping and cooling down in the hot summers. - Spacious rooms (family room) with eye for detail for the kid. A tent, slippers, kids toothbrush, etc. - Service, staff is very helpful, thinks with you. 前台小孫和客房蔣姐. - Free washing/cleaning service. In the morning you can bring the clothing (max 5 pieces) and in the evening you can pick it up. Cons - The building is old. It hosts about 10 different kinds of hotels. The Move is situated at the 20th floor. - The elevators are old, creaky. There are on a good day 3 elevators. On a bad day just 2 available. Waiting time can go up to 10 minutes. And the elevator will be very crowded. - everything is written in Chinese. You need to read and speak some Chinese. The staff is not use to English speaking tourists. - You will get a fine if you break or loose something. At least, a list of things and the price is shown in the room. For example a cup ¥30, the lights ¥300 or TV ¥3000. A tip: check if things work on the first day/hour. - There are in the night at the entrance floor lots of business cards for call girls. If you staying with kids, it’s actually not okay. - There is no privacy in the room, walking out of the shower, your partner (and kid) can see you naked. - There are lots of groups of light switches, in every corner. There is one master switch. If you use that one everything will be switched off, the lights including the airco. If you still want to have the airco working, you need to switch off all the different lights in every corner. Otherwise you might get sweaty in the middle of the night. - On the first day of our arrival, another guest complained that the photos on the website do not match with the room. I recommend that you look at the room first, in any case the reception is willing to help out (if rooms are available). - On the day of check out, the staff will ask/push you to give a (good) review. Be prepared.

Great view, is centrally located, and has great staff with adequate amenities.

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious. Location is very convenient too just few mins walk to the main tourist attractions and street food.

Good option in Jiefangbei! Stayed here for a night before heading to the airport. Super convenient stay, about a minute walk to the center of Jiefangbei. There’s a convenient store and a variety of restaurants downstairs. The bed is super soft and the room was warm (stayed in winter) and relatively clean. The building this hotel is located in is very old. The hotel is nicely renovated but we had some problems with the water, I developed an extremely bad rash on my entire body and my husband mentioned that his scalp itched. We believe it’s the water since we stayed in Chongqing for 7 days at other hotels and it was never a problem (so not weather related).

The Hotel is located in an outstanding area, close to Xiaoshizi metro station just about 3 minute walk. The Hotel is on the 20th floor of the building, near the monument, shopping center, and many shops for local foods as well as walking street foods at night. I also booked the room for my friend, and they are very impressed by the view and location. I got the city-view for myself, and my friends got the mountain/river-view. Highly recommended, with this price is reasonable to stay at Chongqing.

The Hotel location is excellent, near Food Street and about 15 to 20 minutes walk to HongYa Cave. All the front Desk staff were excellent, they assisted me with many of my queries. Highly recommend this hotel with clean rooms and very good size rooms.

The hotel staff (欣欣） are polite, helpful and approachable. Non-smoking room but there’s cigarette smell coming from the ventilator. Walls are not sound proof and could hear other guests in the other rooms. Toilets were easily choked. 😅

Good place to stay. Near jiefaangbei. Closed to mrt. Front desk friendly amd helpfull. Especially yi yi.

We could see the jiefangbei from our hotel room! Which was cool. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and they have a delightful front desk that’s warm in the winter (phew). Room is big and amenities you’d expect from a hotel are all complete, you can have 5 pieces of free laundry per day which is about just nice for a couple travelling. Overall a pleasant stay with a very clean room and no complains! (Good value for money) Location was great, we could walk to many places including the Times Square, food streets and dinner spots from the hotel. Recommend checking out gu mu feng old hotpot that’s nearby the hotel, it’s tucked away and felt like a local spot, very friendly and helpful service (they help me set up my meituan for discounts haha) and great quality and portions overall.
