麗晶的自助早餐種類挺多的，也挺好吃的。服務也很周到，每天還提供玫瑰泡泡浴，也提供每日每人3件洗衣服務，很喜歡麗晶，下才還是會選擇麗晶！

房間燈光温暖，香氛清新淡雅，鮮花新鮮蓬勃，氛圍感相當棒。洗浴設施很完善，用起來特別舒適，兼顧了私隱和便捷性，整個動線相當合理。窗外景觀很贊，晚上夜景🌃一級棒！清早起來雨霧朦朧中又有另外的一番趣味。酒店服務很到位，應答迅速，送達物品也是特別温柔親切的感覺。晚上睡覺也是很安靜，休息得很好，確實是愉快的一次體驗，期待下次再來～

設施：全面 在下午打卡了酒店的泳池🏊 非常乾淨 水温很合適 讓人在旅途中也可以維持需要的運動
服務：Rita小姐姐服務超級無敵好 非常全面 作為24h管家應答很快 這次旅程我有一點身體不適 但是酒店非常照顧我的情緒 提供了很多幫助
環境：重慶酒店的天花板 乾淨！！

服務態度太好了！已經連續兩年在這裏跨年了，跟其他的星級酒店簡直是斷崖式領先，別説1500了，3500都不過分，如果不變會一直都是我在重慶的首選

第一次來重慶對比了幾家評價比較好的酒店，凱悦，尼依格羅等，我是對服務比較看重的，最後選擇了麗晶。樓下有茶顏悦色，附近外賣也很齊全。
設施：硬件設施和普通酒店差不多，比較吸引我的是所有房型標配浴缸，並且有3種沐浴套餐可以選擇，泡泡🫧玫瑰🌹檸檬🍋，每個人每天還可以洗3件衣服，襪子什麼洗洗還是不戳的。
衞生：衞生總體來説不錯，如果説可以提升的地方，就是浴缸的後面，水漬還是挺多的，可以做一些周清～
服務：因為在小紅書看到定要酒店會有工作人員聯繫需求，這個我是等了半天最後自己主動打前台電話詢問，大家如果有需求可以主動聯繫呢！
服務還是很值得表揚，得知我們是上午就到酒店，管家已經提前安排好房間提前入住，包括第三天的退房也是延遲到了13點～每天會有主動詢問是否需要預訂二江吧，當日天氣以及早餐需求，非常棒貼心的服務！
二江吧的酒水也太好喝了！超級推薦，現場還有演出，不過服務上欠缺熱情和主動性，一個小細節，當天風比較大，工作人員引導完好幾次沒有主動關上門，就真的很冷呀！
整體可以4.5分，下次來重慶還是會選擇麗晶，期待可以增加入住水果🥭

總體是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，酒店的裝修風格精緻温馨，從前台到客房服務的阿姨都熱情真誠，聖誕裝扮也氛圍滿滿。
唯一希望可以加強對門僮的培訓，畢竟決定了客人入住的初印象，入住的這兩天大部分門僮服務機械，除非提醒完全不會主動引導停車或離開，其中還有指揮時態度較差的。
以後來重慶還是會想住這 所以真心希望酒店可以越來越好。
