朋友推薦過來入住的，確實也很棒 從前台的服務在到酒店其他的工作人員每個人都會問候關心，入住前前台工作人員也來電話提前溝通了房型，特殊要求，多久入住的，考慮的很周全。入住小黃也幫我們升級了房間，床品整潔衞生也過關，入住後下午還有人送水果到房間，人文關懷還是非常不錯的，酒店前台退房還送了小禮物，總之服務，位置，衞生，都挺好的連鎖酒店確實要好很多 推薦！

酒店機器人送物很方便 ，服務非常好；床墊和枕頭都很舒服，入住時看到我帶小朋友還給了小童拖鞋和牙刷。前台小黃都非常耐心專業，服務點贊，酒店地理位置也非常的好，去洪崖洞還有解放碑打車很快15分鐘左右，check out時候前台小黃還送小禮物。每個環節都做的很好！點贊

第一次選擇歡朋這個品牌，重慶這個歡朋還算可以，地理位置算不錯的出門打車地鐵公交都是步行可以到達，進入大堂已經有了聖誕佈置的氛圍，晚上看着好有節日氛圍；酒店的工作人員也都是很有禮貌，見人就問好微笑，前台小黃在入住的時候還送了小禮品幫我們升級了房間，點贊！周邊吃的玩的也很多步行幾分鐘就可以到達，小黃推薦的四間火鍋味道很棒就是有點辣，（hhh）總之，觀音橋這家歡朋酒店環境好、服務優、位置佳，推薦大家來入住喲！
