酒店環境非常好，服務好得離譜，管家廢廢很貼心，到了重慶才知道這個酒店旗下有暴風雨體驗館而且不是這個店，本來以為預約不上要留遺憾了，結果管家幫我們安排上了，而且是我們退房以後當日不住了還能體驗，簡直不要太暖心。後來跑錯分店了，管家也很貼心的幫我們延遲了時間。有東西丟在了酒店，前台也很貼心的打電話詢問要不要保留。服務滿分都嫌低。
