Poor service attitude. She likes to lie to Ctrip staff. The room upgrade has been confirmed, but the room was not upgraded at all. I told her that I used the benefits and she didn't care at all. I complained to Ctrip, and she actually told Ctrip that water was delivered as soon as I came in. Because I used the benefits, she took me to choose room by room. Overall acceptable. Paid $5.82 per night for a large double room. The only downside for me is the rather dim lighting. And since there is no window in the room, it is always gloomy. Make the lighting brighter and it will be ok.

Very good location.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The hygiene is very poor. There is oil on the quilt, boogers on the stools, peeling skin on the walls, and the ceiling is also dirty... It was extremely uncomfortable after my second day here. The hotel description states that a washing machine is not provided. There are no slippers and water in the room. The drainage system is also very poor. It took a long time to take a shower but it was not completely drained. The air conditioner was not cool even if it was turned on at 16 degrees. The front desk seemed unfamiliar with it and I wasn’t sure when I first asked.
