This room not suitable to stay by family. The mattress not comfortable to sleep. When I sleep, the spring of mattress hit my back. I had back pain after wake up. And, this room smell of cigarettes smoke. Sorry to say. Hope hotel management will improve that quality of matress and good smelling in room. So far, the toilet clean and aircond super cool.

We couldn't check in, until the lobby door was locked, the counter was empty, the call was not answered ... the service was very bad

We arrived early at 11am from Batang Kali, Selangor. The road is not as jammed as expected. We understand the terms of check-in. Follow us having to wait another 3 hours to get into the hotel room booked the day before we move there. Interestingly, the kind receptionist gave us permission to check in at that time as well (11am) as we had traveled a long way before that. Thank you very much for the kindness of the hotel at that time. So, the situation in the unit which is quite imperfect like other OYO habits is not a major problem for us. Follow the end of the curtain has been pulled from the hook and somewhat disfigured the view ... 🫣 The area around the hotel is interesting. Many facilities. In front of the hotel Bus Station.
