Il peggior posto in cui sia mai stato
Camera sporca e maleodorante. Talmente umida da bagnare le lenzuola. Insetti morti, capelli, ragnatele, foglie….
Dopo le 18 non c’è più nessuno in struttura e quindi per qualunque inconveniente non sia ha possibilità di aiuto. Non danno asciugacapelli. Ha me hanno fornito solo asciugamano per doccia, niente altro. Ho pagato la colazione che mi era stata promessa attraverso un vassoio assortito che avrei trovato in camera, ma non mi è stata data. L’inquinamento luminoso è altissimo, la luce di emergenza è fortissima, la porta ha una vetrata enorme non oscurabile da cui entra tutta la luce esterna. Il materasso è inesistente, talmente sottile da sentire tutte le molle nella schiena. A fronte di una mail di protesta non hanno nemmeno risposto.

Un luogo eccezzionale....cibo ottimo ....tutto prodotto da loro...vino compreso.....consigliato il coniglio e gli antipasti....veramente TOP....per non parlare del panorama si cui si gode dalla sala da pranzo....nessun problema per arrivarci...strada stretta ma asfaltata....

Tornati dopo qualche anno dobbiamo dire che, oltre al panorama stupendo, ci si trova davvero bene sia per le proposte della cucina (varie e curate) che per il servizio, veloce e preciso. Ed i prezzi li abbiamo trovati giusti. Certamente lo consigliamo!

We booked Agriturismo Alto Venda at 7:30 PM while traveling in Italy from Costa Rica. Without constant cellular data, we went directly to the hotel, arriving around 8 PM, only to find it completely shut down. With the help of a local, we contacted the hotel and were told check-in was before 6 PM, something we were never informed about during booking.
This left us stranded, forced to find and pay for another accommodation, doubling our expenses. The hotel should not accept reservations after 6 PM if no one is available to check guests in. Communication was severely lacking, and we believe we deserve a refund for this unfair situation. Customer support was unhelpful, and the hotel refused to issue a refund.
Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. Proper communication and service are fundamental, and this establishment failed on both fronts. We would strongly recommend against making a reservation there.

Non è stata una bella esperienza. A iniziare dal parcheggio in discesa e su sterrata piccolo rispetto alla capienza del locale, le pappardelle crude e pure la faraona per non parlare dei contorni di positivo solo il panorama. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Vista fotonica, mangiato bene....da cinque/su cinque... Camera pessima la pulizia, non finita, piena di cimici (che in campagna può capitare) , impianto elettrico traballante...ma è obbligatorio controllare. I prodotti in vendita sono ottimi media 5 e zero= 2 P.S. Se capita un disguido del genere..o sconto o una bottiglia di vino?

Mi sono trovato male come mai prima. La stanza puzzava di muffa, umidissima al punto che le lenzuola erano bagnate. Sporca, con insetti e capelli. La porta ha una finestra non oscurata, da cui entra tutta la luce dei lampioni a cui si aggiunge la luce di emergenza, con il risultato di una stanza illuminata a giorno. Non mi é stata data la colazione nonostante sia stata pagata. Non era presente l'aciugacapelli e nemmeno gli asciugamani per la faccia. Mai più.
