"Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc."

"The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced."

"The hotel has been in existence for a hundred years. The current building is rebuilt after the fire. There is a cultural and historic place... The hotel is located in a commercial street, very lively, bars, restaurants, cafes abound, just a stone's throw from the lake (always Can't remember the name of the lake, it is said that there is a dragon in the lake.)...The room is quite big, quite clean, facing the street but not noisy (the first photo was taken on the balcony of the room), the quality of Canadian citizens can be seen... "This is located in the heart of Kelowna. It is just a few minutes drive to the lakeside area. It seems that the hotel has recently been renovated. The room is clean with nice decor. Hotel does not come with breakfast, but there is a dinner within the hotel property. Residents could enjoy 10% off from the restaurant."
