As a chain brand, every aspect, from check-in to room service, was well-organized and efficient. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, ensuring a hassle-free experience. While the room wasn't overly spacious and felt a bit compact, it was well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the room. The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay."

"From arrival it felt I was judged as I just came for hike and now in my going out clothes. 3am footsteps above ere so pound kept me awake, moving at that time caused me anxiety so I tried putting my headphones in. 7am it started again. I came to check out and mentioned it and basically was told off my the male reception most for not coming to them and then asked for city tax. Customer care was zero! I was tired and upset and all I got was rudeness. At 3am I don’t want to be moving room. I hasn’t asked for a refund. Maybe a coffee or a wave of the city tax would have been nice rather that this lack of regard. Never ever will I stay here again and I would highly appreciate a chat with the manager as I am not happy about this treatment."

"Me and my partner were there for the Women Euros and it was great! The location is very well connected to the city center by 10 min buss and walkable distance from the stadium."

"The hotel is very close to Bern Station, within walking distance. Located on the west side of Bern's historic center, walking east directly into the heart of the old town makes it very convenient for walking tours. Free freshly ground coffee is available in the common areas. The room was quite small, lacking a desk or small refrigerator (a shared refrigerator is available in the common areas), but overall it was quite comfortable. Light sleepers should bring earplugs, as the historic Bern clock tower is so close that you can still hear the bells ringing in the early morning hours."

"Great Location with a nice comfortable bed and bedding. They provided free pastries and fruits which is a thoughtful touch. However the staff weren’t very clear with what the paid breakfast was included. You need to pay 22 CHF for a boiled egg (not freshly boiled), a small yogurt and a bad cheese stick. Definitely not worth to have the breakfast there."

"This hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!"

"The room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived."

"The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car, Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light."

"The hotel is not big but has complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and pleasant view outside the window. Every service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Although the restaurant is not big, the food variety and taste are well selected. Parking is convenient and free, which is super friendly to self-driving travelers."

"Amazing hotel in the centre, everything close by foot :) I would prefer to have access to my city bus pass from the morning of the day of my arrival and not after check in, but I guess this is standard."
