"I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days.   I liked the heating in the room because it was very cold and dark outside after 5 p.m. The heating was great for cold weather. Also, the breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty dishes. The staff serving breakfast were very kind and attentive, especially Frank, who was professional in serving the guests.   However, the single room’s amenities were not very good. The bedsheet had dark spots near the charging station located at the head of the bed. There was a clog in the sink’s pipe, and water didn’t drain properly. The view was not pleasant as it faced a building under refurbishment. Additionally, the staff at check-in were unable to provide sufficient information about local sightseeing and dining options; they only recommended one restaurant."

"The check-in process was very simple, and the host sent all the details through Trip.com. The host replied promptly and provided free laundry facilities for guests. They also offered travel passes and gave great recommendations for local attractions and food. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable."

"Clean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips. Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning. The bathtub was a comfortable size. Little balcony I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken."

"There is a parking lot, breakfast, especially delicious, excellent location, the first choice, there are three rooms, suitable for a family of three, the room is large, there is a kitchen, separate bathroom, great"

"This was the fourth hotel I stayed in during my two-night stay in Switzerland. The hotel isn't near Interlaken's main station, Interlaken Ost, but rather near West Station. This wasn't particularly convenient, as I expected frequent trains from West Station to Interlaken Ost, running every five minutes. However, the trains only run every half hour, and the buses every 20 minutes or so, making time management difficult. The room was very large and spacious, though the details weren't particularly sophisticated, considering it's a four-star hotel, not a five-star one. The bathtub and air conditioning were nice, but there was no refrigerator. Bottled water was provided upon check-out."

"This hotel is a nursing home, about a 15-minute walk from both East and West Railway Stations. A bus stop is right outside the hotel, providing direct access to both stations. The nursing home is very quiet. A free transportation card is provided upon check-in. The hotel offers a free spa and gym. There's also a 24-hour tea room with hot water and a small refrigerator. A microwave is also provided. The room was spacious and clean. The small balcony had electric blackout curtains on both sides and a clothes drying rack for drying clothes. The bathroom had plenty of water, making bathing very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of fruit options. Recommended!"

"This is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel. The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style. The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here. If you are planning to have the Swiss style trip, this hotel offers you the taste!"

"2nd time to come here. First time with family and although we had to stay in 2 rooms, it was fun to compare each others rooms and layout. Breakfast is expansive (eggs looked a little old), but great selection of breads, deli items and so many jams to choose from. Cold dishes had a much higher quality than warm dishes. As it’s buffet style, it can be difficult to keep a sense of cleanliness, but they try hard. Dream hotel at night as you can see great views. Front desk staff is super helpful and remember me from my first stay. I would like to return again in the future."
