"Easy to reach - Took bus 105 to our Hotel Beausite, enjoyed our complimentary cake and coffee after a long flight. 😋 can walk if you are up to it, ＜7mins... Super Warm and considerate hospitality from hotel owner Imi, reception staff John and Daisy. Our rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy! Imi upgraded us with a room with lift access for my elderly mum FOC, we are so blessed and thankful! 🙏🏻 Plus point - beautiful scenery from our hotel room!😍 Excellent spread of breakfast with cold and warm options too! John even helped us to order pizza and salad from his friend, which arrived within 20 minutes! Saving my elderly mom and us a trip to go down to Interlaken west to search for dinner! Will definitely stay with them if we are back!"

"Our stay at Hotel Kreuz&Post was amazing! It’s just opposite to the train station with less than 1min walk. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a great view of Grindelwald. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Stayed at twin deluxe room which is newly renovated and on the higher floors. Chose this specific twin room because of its size. Pros: 1. Hotel staff were friendly both at reception and breakfast 2. Rooms were fairly large and modern, views were incredibly (ask for mountain facing room) 3. They will give you an Interlaken guest card. 4. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from Interlaken West Station and surrounded by high-end shops. 5. There's free self-service coffee and tea making area at one of the floors and its helpful if you have a jug/bottle to fill cold/hot water Cons: 1. Same breakfast everyday and it lacked variety 2. No kettle nor cups to make hot drinks (notice this is the case with hotels in Switzerland 3. TV channels were mostly in German language"

"Our stay at Hotel Krebs was great. The the room we received was warm and comfy. Also the view is the mountains could not be beat. Also the breakfast buffet was very delicious. We would stay again when get hers chance to go back to Interlaken. Also the staff at the front desk were very friendly and hateful. 10 out of 10."

"1st time visit Interlaken, I choose to stay at Interlaken Ost. After checking red notes found Interlaken West more popular peoples to stay at that area, there are more restaurants there. Just few minutes walk from the train station towards the hotel. Checking in time is at 16:00, hope this could change. The hotel display lots of vintage items, nice breakfast and good customer service"

"The hotel overall is a nice place. Just few minutes walk to the Interlaken West station. The staff and servers are accommodating. There is nearby drug store, coop and Chinese restaurant. My stay are very comfortable and I feel safe all the time. Highly recommended."
