"The location is very good and convenient to travel. The room was clean and well equipped.
If you book through Trip.com , you must ask the customer service staff of Trip.com to get the 6-digit reservation number starting with B, otherwise you can't self-check in online, and you can't get the password to enter the door.
This home is unmanned, and you need to check in online in advance. The entry password needs to wait until 3 pm to officially take effect, and it cannot be 1 second early. ."

"The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect."

"The accommodation is top notch in all areas. The only thing that irritated us a little at the beginning was the unattended reception. But the online check-in worked really well. We were able to get into our room at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. As we wanted separate beds and these were only available in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, simply top notch. The extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was also super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the daily cleaning was great. We are and were simply delighted. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely welcome."

"This hotel is in a small border town, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, due to ongoing construction at the station, many trains are experiencing significant delays and skipping stops. For example, trains to Milan are bypassing this station, meaning you have to wait for the next one, which can be quite inconvenient and disrupt your travel plans. Travelers heading to other parts of Italy might want to consider this. There's also a cable car station nearby for mountain access."

"Very good apartment hotel, you can cook and think about it. The bus is directly next to the hotel when you leave the train station, and it takes less than five minutes to walk. PS prices are also very affordable, I have never stayed in a hotel with such a low price and good service in Switzerland, recommended"

"When I first arrived at Lugano train station, I followed the navigation... Oh my god, looking down from the hillside, and pulling the luggage... The zigzag stairs made it really tiring to walk to the hotel... After checking in, I found that there was a cable car going up and down in the train station... It was immediately accessible... I was sweating all over my back... I wondered why no one told me about this in the reviews on the platform:)~:)
Remember, there is a cable car directly in the train station... This hotel is next to (inside) the station! It's so convenient, and it's also very fast to get to the train station after checking out~🥰~ Moreover, when checking in, the hotel printed a QR code. This is where you can take the cable car to the train station as many times as you want~😀
Although the hotel room is not big, the front desk service is good, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the location is good, and it is very convenient to visit the old town!
I will stay in this hotel again next time I come!"

"A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices."

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, very close to the city center, no need to take any mountain road, go to the train station and take a bus, the room is very clean, the kettle, the kitchen utensils are available, the bed and sofa bed are large, the decoration is also very modern, we stayed intermittently for three days, the luggage has been stored here, very good.

JJiaweiThe location of this hotel is particularly good on the commercial street of the old town. On the first floor is the shop selling Swiss army knives. The shop is not the door of the hotel. Don’t walk through it. You can walk downhill from the train station. There is a steep slope and it is recommended to go down the mountain. It is a little tired to go up the mountain. If you have a Swiss Pass, you can take the cable car down for free. The room is very light and the decoration is very fresh. From the hotel, go to the opposite direction of the train station and quickly go to the lake. The cruise ship terminal is on the left hand side of the exit, and the pier is further a park. A hotel I like more, small and exquisite.
