As a fist timer in Lugano he suggested me where to go for my short time stay, really appreciated! 👍
The room itself was nice and tidy, got a fifth floor level you get a nice view to mount Bré, at sunrise it’s an outstanding panorama to say the least!🗻
Amenity wise you have all what you can get and more!
I mean an Iron board at your closet and a dishwasher, that’s a first! 😄
Breakfast wise could have more choices but the “cornetti” made me forget all about it!🥐
An experience worth to repeat, recommendable for single travelers! 😉"

Good location, five minutes walk to the lake
The hotel room is small and small. The 13 square meters written on the Internet is really not exaggerated. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and there are some.
The hotel does not have a gym but has a small pool.
There is a smell in the room, and I have to open the window for ventilation throughout the day.

Sensational location, careful reception staff.... As you can expect, in a 5-star hotel.
The spa is only available for reservation and is limited to use....which is disappointed....which can be used to the fresh air is also negative. The fitness room is in the neighbour/partner hotel and is equipped with basic devices..... is also questionable! But a instructor is mostly on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is dreamy...

余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

LvxiaoniThe room is quiet as a whole, wooden floor, walking upstairs will hear the sound, cleaning is very diligent, can not understand Italian, communicate with the cleaning aunt sign language, there are historical and cultural items on the hotel floor, etc.
About 10 minutes walk to the park, the flowers are beautiful

Very good, beyond expectations, the location is particularly good, opposite the pier by boat, the facilities in the room are updated and maintained, not old, the balcony is small but the view is very good, the only problem is that the shower is small

黄The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center of Lugano. It is convenient for shopping, but it is too close to the train track and there is noise when passing trains. The room is in the outdoor podium on the first floor of the main building. Open the door to the front yard of the hotel. It feels like the bungalow we used to live in. Maybe the rooms in the building are expensive. Continental breakfast is ok.

If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

We love to be apart hotel style, have fun, fridge and fog . beautiful view, and super close to the center and lake, from the beach walking. And it gives free stay per day to walk public transport. We save a lot. Super recommends that hosting and we will certainly return more times.
