"This hotel is great! It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in the past six months. 1. Good location. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center. 2. Quiet. No noise. 3. "We stayed 2 nights from Mar.2~3, 2025. We could spend time relaxing from the fatigue of the Uyuni 2nights 3days' tour because this hotel gave the comfortable and clean bed and the shower with hot water to us. This hotel has the beautiful garden and the swimming pool.  The breakfast is nice for us. We were very impressed by the staffs and manager who help us to solve the difficult situation. Moreover, one of the staffs was willing to translate from Spanish to our mother language in order to help"

"The next morning, I made a reservation at this hotel to take a bus to Argentina.The location was good as it was about 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal, and the room was clean. I said I would leave before breakfast time, and thank you for preparing a lunch box carefully.But one bad thing is Lunch and dinner costs can only be paid by credit card without cash. I had plenty of cash and left Chile the next day, so I didn't need Chile anymore, but the hotel paid my cash. I didn't accept it. I don't understand.I can't use Chilean money at a hotel in Chile. The hotel cant accept my payment for lunch and dinner by cash. They want payment by only credit card. Why?"

Why not just drive to the hotel parking lot and then check in? It's very inconvenient."

"The hotel is located on a street, parallel to the main shop-restaurant street of Karacoles, a couple of minutes walk from the White Church. The rooms seem a little bit about ten. The rooms are comfortable. The air conditioner is not available, but it is not needed, as the city is cool at night and the day if you haven't gone, there will be enough fan on the ceiling. The bathroom is spacious, the shower space is convenient. Breakfasts are simple but you won't stay hungry. You can ask for eggs or omlets. Also, there are sausage and cheese cuts, yoghurt, dry breakfasts, fruits, baking. And the cakes are not small as usual in hotels, but the ones that are usually served in restaurants. And very delicious. By the way, if you have a tour early in the morning, before breakfast, you will be offered lunch boxing. But the most important are hotel staff. Good, friendly and customer-oriented. They will explain and help. If you have already given the room, but have returned from the tour and want to take a shower - you will offer to do it in a special shower room, will issue a towel and soap with champoo. In general, the hotel is very good, I recommend."
