"The hotel location was awesome, next to MRT station. The MRT station could direct you to airport within 30 mins. The earliest MRT was 5.30am. The hotel reception was located at 23rd floor and the hotel rooms were at 22rd floor to 27th floor. There was a separate lift to access the room. The hotel was a bit old style, can see when you take the lift. However, the room was all ok. The hotel was 10 mins walk away from a night market. There were some local food could get at the night market and this is a adding point."

"When checking in with luggages, no doorman or helper. Receptionists were watching and talking. When checking in, no room was given until 3 pm. It was understandable. So, we left our luggages at the reception. They took them but refused to issue us a receipt. Their attitude was unfriendly and claimed that they would recognize us when we went back to pick up room key and luggages at 3.00 pm. We were concerned about their security."

"Super convenient and comfortable! A taxi from the airport was about $7 USD (50 RMB). The owner was there to greet us late at night and was incredibly helpful. There's even a small shop on the first floor where you can grab instant noodles late in the evening 🍜. The double room was huge! Highly recommend upgrading."

"Location is easy to reach. Front staff were not welcome for guests who couldn't speak Chinese. The rooms air conditioner was hot because they didn't allow guest to adjust the temperature, and the toilet is old has not yet renovated. For food is very good and delicious. The food quantity is O.K. Toiletries are less, no shower cap, no toothbrush in room according Taiwan hotel standard of Toiletries usually almost hotels have provided in room."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the back side of the train station. While parking in the surrounding area is generally inconvenient, the hotel does provide mechanical parking spaces. Although these spots are limited, I managed to find one quite smoothly. I also noticed they offer Tesla charging parking spaces. The interior decor is very new; both the rooms and bathrooms feel fresh and modern, showing no signs of age, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offers a truly sufficient variety, including Chinese and Western options, as well as traditional congee with various side dishes, beverages, milk, coffee, and a salad bar. I found the stainless steel cups in the restaurant quite interesting. There's a gym on the top floor, which is only open in the afternoons. On the first floor, you can find a self-serve station for complimentary soft drinks."

"I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!"

"Very clean and good price. Hotel is also near zhongli night market. But do take note that the hotel is in between 2 stations (huabei and laojie), hence there is a 10-15mins walking distance if you’re taking train. But otherwise, this is a wonderful experience for us."

"Stayed on December 6th. The decor was beautiful and the bathtub was huge. The water temperature was also consistent, not fluctuating between hot and cold. My kids had a great time playing in the spacious tub. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The only minor issue was some dust on the curtains!"
