"We checked into CP hotel in the evening and the process was fast. Soon after we came down to the lobby area and headed to their restaurant. I enjoyed the food so much. The buffet breakfast was fantastic too. Especially the Xiao long Bao and the glutinous rice. So yummy! We were surprised that they packed such a nice takeaway breakfast bag for us as we had to leave the hotel for an early morning flight. It was a very delicious smoked salmon sandwich with drinks. We appreciate such a nice gesture & the airport ride booked by the reception showed they really help make our transfer seamless. No headache booking on our own, all well planned for us. Excellent customer service/ support."

"The exterior is unassuming. You must keep a lookout for the signboard when in the vicinity. However, once you reach the check-in counter at level 6, it feels like you've been teleported to a different world. It's clean and modern. The electrical plugs are international. So, no adapters required on our end. I will come back again because it is within 5 min walking distance to Taoyuan train station. The HSR station."

"The Hyatt Regency Taoyuan has an excellent location, very close to the airport, which is super convenient for layovers or early morning flights. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service, running approximately every half hour, making transfers hassle-free. The room offers direct views of planes taking off and landing, which is a major highlight. Although there's a bit of noise due to its proximity to the airport, it's completely acceptable and doesn't detract from the overall quality of rest. The facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are warm and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. If you're looking for a hotel in Taoyuan that's conveniently located and offers airplane views, the Hyatt is definitely worth recommending."

"Big and spacious room, hotel provide free round trip shuttle service from airport on their fix timing. Room Are spacious with 2 kings size bed. Nothing on surrounding of building. 7-11 and family mart about 3-4 minutes walk of 2 crossing. As we visited during the rain season may not be so convenience to walk over. Hotel provides water dispenser on every floor. Water pressure is weak (we staying on 6th floor) may not easy to get a taxi but hotel can help to book 1 if you needed."

"The location is super convenient, really close to Taoyuan Night Market – within walking distance! The room was very spacious, and the facilities were clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and even assisted us with booking a taxi, which we really appreciated!"

They could use some updates to match the quality of the rooms. Check-In/Check-Out Policies: I found the policies regarding check-in and check-out to be very strict. It can be inconvenient for guests with varying travel schedules. Location Convenience: One of the best features is the convenience store, supermarket, and several restaurants located downstairs. Overall, while the room was great and the location convenient, the outdated common areas and strict policies were drawbacks."

"The room wasn't new and felt a bit dated. We also found there weren't enough charging outlets, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. However, the staff were polite. Regarding the hotel's location, it can be quite inconvenient if you're traveling with large luggage and need to take a bus from Taoyuan Train Station. I'd advise finding out about the bus stops closer to the hotel beforehand. Unfortunately, an adjacent building was undergoing exterior maintenance during our stay, and the noise disrupted our rest in the room."

"Pros: Clean and comfortable, spacious. Staff were friendly. Cons: - listing says there are windows, but the windows in our unit were completely taped up with black stickers. We noticed some rooms' windows were not taped up - not sure why it's so inconsistent. - there is no reception/lobby, just a security guardhouse at the vehicle entrance - didn't like that there were condoms placed in an obvious spot by the bed, not a great experience for families with young kids - one of the showers were faulty, the pull-out metal knob to enable water flow wasn't working"
