"The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The blinds wouldn't close. This wouldn't be ideal for someone who can only sleep in the dark. The bathroom is showing its age. The water in the shower drained very slowly. The breakfast selection was good, and the waitresses were very friendly."

It offers great value for money, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. "its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good."

On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price."

"Apart from the fact that the elevator wasn't working, everything was excellent. I would book again. Right next to the subway station, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Top cleanliness. Nice big bed too. Breakfast was also great."

"We booked this hotel for 5 nights for an exhibition. The price was really expensive. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and subway. The room facilities are complete. It is an apartment-style hotel. However, I don't know why the room must be cleaned on the third day. As a result, it was not cleaned until the fourth day after negotiation. This is really unbearable and is the only negative review! The hotel's breakfast is not very good for Chinese people, and there are not many varieties!"
