AAnonymous UserExcellent location! A nearby metro station offers direct connections to both the main train station and the airport, plus it's very close to the Porsche Museum. It offers great value for money, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

EEnes MalikOur experience at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was just excellent and will remain in mind for a long time! We were received by a very hearty and careful staff who always provided our well-being during our stay.
Our room at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully furnished and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we sleep every night as on clouds. The cleanliness and care of the room were innocent, making our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a true party for the gaume. The variety of fresh foods, from regional delicacies to international tastes, did not open any wishes. The coffee was aromatic and the staff made sure that our cups never remained empty.
The comforts of the hotel, including the generous wellness area and well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day of activities we were able to relax and refresh perfectly there.
The Mercure Hotel is ideally located with many attractions and shopping facilities nearby. We already plan our next visit to Mercure Hotel Stuttgart, because our stay was just perfect and we felt like at home there. We can hardly expect to come back and experience other unforgettable moments!

Right next to the subway station, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Top cleanliness. Nice big bed too. Breakfast was also great.

MM302235****The room we booked was not big, but it was very clean. Even without the air conditioner, the room was warm. The transportation was extremely convenient. There was a pedestrian street and a supermarket nearby, and it was also very convenient to eat in the restaurant.

Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).

CCN_NanaThe room was in a good location, we went to a club nearby and walked home afterwards. Easy Check In and Out. Room had everything one needed. But the bathroom could use some renovating and the shower was not closing properly since one of the doors was damaged. It almost fell off when I entered it.
Otherwise we were content with the stay. Comfortable mattress and good coffee.

HhironakataA&O hostel is a very reasonable hostel in Europe. Also facilities are clean and satisfy our basic demands. It takes around 20 minutes on foot from Stuttgart Hbf. There are some discount supermarkets around the hostel, so you can buy any food at inexpensive prices.

AAnonymous UserThe coffee machine was bad. The electric card in the room was bad at the beginning, and the light could not be turned on. I said that the front desk did not believe it and I had to come up to see that we were not diagnosed before changing one, and there was no apology for the whole process.

GGero LichtSchöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus?
Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben!
Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)
