GGuest UserA group of 4 colleagues booked 2 twin rooms. The room is very small at 14 square meters. It supports self-service check-in and check-out, and the service is OK. Because it was during the exhibition period, the hotel room price soared from 75 euros/night to 230 to 250 euros/night. Compared with other hotels, the price/performance ratio was particularly high. The environment near the hotel is good, far away from the noise of the city center, but the 18 subway stops in front of the hotel can directly reach the Central Railway Station and the city center, which only takes 28 minutes. The transportation is relatively convenient and suitable for business trips. There are lidle supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, which taste very good and provide more convenient services.

Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).

GGuest UserHello everyone, everything is perfect thank you everything is very clean and tidy there is the possibility of checking in automatically in a couple of minutes and you are already in your room you can move by train and in 20 minutes you are at the center in short I am really satisfied thanks for everything..❤️❤️

AAnonymous UserGood management from the A&O Stuttgart branch. Good housekeeping. Facilities are complete in a compact building. Great location, just within minutes from Milchof station. Alles gute! Some suggestions, it will be better if there is a notice to the guests regarding drinking water directly from water tap, assessing to guest kitchen and laundry room. The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed by all those minor enquiry, which could be improved. In overall, a great place to stay!
