Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. La qualité de service inexistante, le personnel semble dépasser par la quantité de travail à fournir et perdu car une personne doit s'occuper de l'ensemble des tâches à effectuer Photo de la chambre pour illustrer l'absence de propreté en PJ A FUIR LIVEMENT NEW YOU HAVE !!!!!!!! It is a golf course and clubhouse, the hotel is very new. The room is spacious enough, the facilities are OK, and the bed is very comfortable. But the software is lacking. No refrigerator, paper towels.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in. First we had to wait 2 hours to be checked in. The bed in our room was a pull out couch. There was nowhere close by to get food and no receptionist on to ask . We went to bed hungry. The place is far away from any emienities. We where scheduled to stay for 3 nights after our cruise but we decided to cancel. Even our taxi driver was shocked that we were staying so far out.

AArizonaArchitectHad a late night flight from Prague en route to Aix en Provence. Thought It would be easiest to just stay in an airport hotel and continue on in the am. The Kyriad was very reasonably priced and the compact rooms were immaculate. It is designed for travelers who need a place to stay just before or after a flight. Although we arrived well past the hours posted for a shuttle, when I called the hotel and asked if one might be available they said ”we'll pick you up in 10 minutes”. Only drawback I had in my main floor room was marginal internet. My friends on floors above said theirs was fine. Breakfast is not included, so plan accordingly. I'd happily stay here again when my travels require an overnight at the M****illes Airport.

Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.

RRick SipesThe hotel is a good choice for budgetminded travelers but it is somewhat distant from the center of the city. It took about a half hour to walk to the rotonde, which is the center of Aix. However, along the way to the rotonde are plenty of cafes, shops selling food, wine and bread. The route is pretty direct and leads directly to Cours Mirabeau, the main thoroughfare of Aix, You can take a taxi from the rotonde to the hotel for 8 Euros. Breakfast provided a nice selection of European breakfast choices and you could dine on the outside terrace on the days that it was open. The hotel didn't have laundry facilities, but there is a pressing service(dry cleaner) a short walk from the hotel on Gambetta that will do laundry. My personal biggest negative was that you have to climb a steep driveway and then some stairs to reach the entrance to the hotel. Although you can bypass the stairs by entering through the garage and taking a lift to the main floor, you still have to walk to reception at the entrance. If you're carrying luggage, either way it's a trek. I'm in my eighties, so at the end of a day of walking, climbing the hill was a chore. All in all not a bad choice.

GGuest UserLocation wise the hotel is just two or three minutes walk from the Colbert Metro Station or maybe 14 minutes walk from the main St Charles railway station. It is also only about five to seven minutes walk from the main tourist area down by the port. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but the street it is on it heavy with graffiti, there was smell of urine and hobos sleeping nearby. That might sound nasty, but it's just a fact. Check-in was simple and quick and the lobby is OK if you like looking at a piano covered in faux graffiti. All rather tacky and blingy looking. Bedroom was OK if you like decor in purple and vinyl light blue covered chairs in your room. No proper desk for computer use although you can use a small table and stool. Wifi connection was good. Air-conditioning worked. Bathroom acceptable although the 'open' toilet brush holder could surely be improved upon. Hairdryer provided but you can't use it in the bathroom as there is no plug point for a hair dryer. It can however be used in the hallway. Carpet was dirty. I thought at first it was maybe just our room but upon stepping out into the corridor there was dirt and dust everywhere, especially along the sides by the skirting boards. The cleaners main corridor door was often left open letting guests see inside the cleaners store room area. Breakfast was good. In fact, most of it was better than good. Comprehensive selection of breads and croissants/pastries, cheeses, hams, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, coffee machines and scrambled egg. The fallafel was also a great thing which I hadn't expected. Not so good were the burnt sausages and the very fatty/oily streaky bacon each morning. But overall, a good variety and enjoyable. Would we return? Probably not. The hotel really needs to do something to clean the carpets in the corridors properly and to get new toilet brush holders in the rooms. Very off-putting.

CChentingGreat recommendation! My friends said that next time I come to Marseille, I will stay at their home. It is close to the subway station. The key is to cook and cook. It simply burns the Chinese soul. The pots and pans are all available. The hotel has many free facilities. I like the welcome drink. The super refreshing bubble water is also picked up a bottle before leaving. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, full score 💯

Ms. Taina is an always helpful lady with a special welcoming smile that makes feel more than at home. Mr. Saintiago is a man of solutions. He never tells you about the difficulties. For him, there is always a solution for the customers when a whatsoever problem happens. Thanks to you three, and to all the staff working with you, Goldentulip Euromed-M****ille has become a place for everything and everything in place. In a word: You are the best. 👍. I wrote this review after more than ten stays in this exceptional hotel to say that buildings become alive with the working staff that are managing them. I have tried three other nearby hotels, and it is a mistake to even think of comparing Goldentulip Euromed-M****ille to them. You cannot compare the incomparable!!

GGuest UserRyanair had cancelled our flights and in panic mode we frantically looked for anywhere to stay and came across this place we had actually stayed in an ibis (similar in photos,) in Paris that was like staying on crack ally and I was not 100% well booking this one but needs must and I was so surprised it’s cute as anything clean and cosy everything worked and beds are okay Day staff are plight and helpful all though the night receptionist needed an attitude adjustment rooms have usb points and USBC as well as normal french sockets everything you would need os here AC and fans in our room also 100% happy with my stay Note there is a €100 deposit when you arrive
