"At this price, it is indeed a very favorable and close to the people. Located in an industrial area, close to the road, suitable for a hotel that drives long-distance cars overnight. Free parking is also rare. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and even a little English, which is not a privilege everywhere in France."

"Hotel is a very close drive from city centre. Clean and simple. Water pressure in the shower was good, beds hardness were just nice. Free parking outside the hotel from 2000-0900H. They even offered free shuttle to the airport if you require one. However, one of the air-conditioning in our rooms broke down (we had 2 rooms) and hotel couldn’t do anything about it, but gave us a barely workable fan to cope. The air-conditioning in the other room was working but although the thermostat shows 18 degrees C, felt like 25 degrees C instead."

"The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers."

"The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option."

"The bed in the standard room is wide enough for a family of three. It is very convenient to go to Capitol Square. There is free mineral water in the room. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old and the corridor smells a bit musty."

"The hotel is very close to Toulouse train station, about a 10-15 minute walk along a straight road, making it convenient for getting around. Located next to the City Hall Square, it's in a lively and bustling area with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and attractions are all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are quite spacious, with a kettle and a complimentary minibar. The only issue is that, perhaps due to its location in a busy area, it can get quite noisy at night. We stayed three nights, and it was very noticeable the first night, but much better the following two nights. We recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast was quite good! The hotel interior is stylish and beautiful."

"Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!"

"Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus"

"This is a beautiful hotel in the very centre of Tulouse, from which you can reach all the famous tourist sites on foot.  The friendly staff settled in the room as early as possible, you can also leave your stuff before settling and later. The room was small but comfortable. It had everything you needed except the teapot. There was a coffee machine with capsules.  This hotel can be boldly recommended."
