"I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back."

"Recently renovated hotel: new furniture, plumbing and fresh repairs. Breakfast is like in all hotels, nothing special. Cons: extra breakfast was included in the bill, which I only found out about when I received the bill by email, I recommend checking the bill at the reception."

"I like stories written in lobbies, corridors, and rooms! The hotel has nice and essential amenities. The location is excellent in the city center close to restaurants and almost all points of interest. Breakfast is ok, but a little expensive. There are no slippers or carpets in the room and this is a little disappointing in the cold season."

"Despite the size of the buildings, it is very difficult to find despite the navigation system, not even an invitation entry for the car. Friendly reception, but little communicating from itself. The room was clean and functional, but the toilet was powerless and unusable. The breakfast was expected in this kind of hotels and spacious enough. The hotel is dog friendly, but there is hardly the opportunity to leave the dog out in the immediate surroundings, but it will be just in the city. The window on the room cannot open, but there is a settable climate setting, the closed window neutralizes the sound from outside, so quietly, it takes a little extra time to get back to the highway, but that is logical."

"We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels."

"New Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour... Overnight parking is €19. Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure.."

"Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again."
